Wedding block One of the newest hotels in Morgan Hill, we stayed with a group block for a nearby wedding at the country club. The staff was outstanding! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Management allowed bar to stay open a bit later for our group and use of outside firepit following the event. Convenient to hwy 101 and the downtown Morgan Hill area. Next time I visit the family, I know where to stay.

Not even close to Marriott standards We are Titanium members having stayed at Marriott hotels and their affiliates all over the world. Granted it is the time of COVID, but like many Marriott hotels these days this hotel management is taking advantage of the situation. They should be delighted to have the business and treat their customers like valued guests. There was no accommodation for the closed restaurant, no bagged or boxed food offered at all. No credit for that. There were no amenities except a bar of soap. No body cream. They said Marriott Corp is demanding no Kleenex - well then put the small packages in each room. If no Kleenex is due to the touch concern of the headquarters, then why glass glasses one of which had an oily fingerprint on the inside. The hotel has been refurbished on the surface but the bathtub/shower is vintage 70s or 80s. And that's not a claw tub. An elevator that needs serving and was full of food debris. Only one person working. We would never come back. We stay at Marriotts for consistency and we understand the COVID cautions, but we are reconsidering moving our hotel needs to another company due to a Marriott in downtown San Jose and then several lousy Courtyards we've bern subjected to. Maybe Courtyard should be moved to its own silo of the Marriott's business structure and noted as problem areas. They are clearly franchises and abuse their customers while baiting them to stay for the Marriott moniker then switching to just another crummy hotel experience. Marriott Corp should be embarrassed. One last thing, their sign is not visible from most directions. Who owns and manages this place? Maybe the are running it from Bali.

One of my worst trips yet.. For the price you pay to stay here, the additional charges for parking etc I should not have had any issues here. Instead it was opposite. The fire alarm went off three times in the middle of the night first night in. We were tired, on the road all day and this did not help. The next day our toilet wouldn’t flush and I could get anyone to fix it so I had to fix the toilet..this was not something I should have to do. Then the next day the toilet clogged and guess what..no one to unclog it..I had a mini fridge but no microwave..then the last night there we just left because the room started to smell mildewy and we noticed the AC had been leaking probably all three days and god knows how long before..I definitely do not recommend here I’ve stayed at La Quinta in this area last time my work had me out and it was MUCH better. I asked for a partial or full refund assuming this would be something they would be happy to do after so many issues but noooooo. Customer service 0 so people spend your money elsewhere. Not a good hotel..

Well Played Courtyard! This is my third trip to this Courtyard in the last three years. They remodeled this past season. Upgrades are very nice and modern. The property is clean. They have the mini-starbucks and light food menu with good options. Also beer and wine. Rooms are basically decorated but well appointed. (microwave, fridg, makeup mirror) Good details. We checked in early and were taken care of nicely by Nick. He was very accommodating and friendly. We encountered the operations manager later in the evening and he was just friendly and went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect. The newly remodeled Gym was awesome. It looks just like a crossfit studio on top of all of the new cardio equipment. This gym is so nice it seems out of place. Well Played Courtyard. Keep it up and I will see you next time!

Not as bad as I feared, 2.5 out of 5 Let me tell you right from the start: the only reason we stayed there was quite simple- the closest Marriott property to the location of our private holiday party we attended. There is not much reason to stay there, in that area, unless you need to. Far from San Jose, Monterey, and other major business and tourist hubs. The hotel was a ok, slightly too expensive for Courtyard, but with adequate room and even balcony. Service and amenities were a suspect. Their "bistro" was closed on Saturday night, simply no service. Breakfast was rather mediocre. Oh, well, it could be worse, as the Courtyard in Dedham/Boston area. Not much of Platinum perks, $10 total. That is a joke. Anyway, it is ok for 1 night stay.
