NOT SAFE DRUG ADDICT AND CRUMINAL ACTIVITY. MANAGER IS RUDE AND ENTITLED. COCKROACHES! COCKROACHES! In the room The owner is a really terrible person who actually hates dogs. He will shame you for having more than one pet in the room. He will blame you for the bugs everywhere meanwhile the rooms are disgusting. He claims the property is quiet but there is police there every night and people screaming and yelling at all hours. It's almost like if you pay this man he will treat you like garbage for it. He treated me and my fiancé like second class from the start we were there for an extended stay. He decided he was going to power wash our front door and window for an hour straight while she was recovering from kidney stones trying to sleep and with that water leaked in and created a huge puddle in our room. The owner is one of the most judgmental miserable humans I have ever met. Seriously unless you are a relative or come from his homeland you're not welcome here. This is how I felt! I'm not over exaggerating. So dirty rooms, miserable old man who owns the place who hates dogs, Cockroaches, noise and drug addicts everywhere. Just a horrible experience all around. Stay clear.

A good stay at a reasonable price I appreciate the price, given the location near WVU Medical and the the WVU campus. The rooms are good sized and clean. The TV worked fine, however the wifi signal was weak. There was no shampoo - so bring your own - an no hair dryer either. But a good stay at a reasonable price.

Great value! A little hesitant at first as the area in front of the motel is under construction and the place is hidden off the highway. Front desk attendant was very friendly and once I opened the door I was pleasantly surprised with the room. Clean, spacious and beds were comfy. Stayed here for football weekend, price was a bargain compared to the rest of the hotels and we walked to the stadium. Bring your own soap and shampoo and I did go to Walmart to buy pillows as the ones supplied hurt my neck. This is a no-frills motel but is clean and serves the purpose on a friendly budget! I would definitely stay here again and they do not overcharge for a room like all of the surrounding hotels in the area during events! Good job Motel6!

Affordable, clean and quiet We had a long day on the road. Our objective was affordable, clean and quiet. This fit the bill to a tee! It was such a delight to see wood floors instead of carpet…it’s so much easier to know it’s clean! Don’t be put off by the ancient Roadhouse adjacent to the property - the hotel itself is just fine. Lots of quick food options nearby. It was just what we needed, when we needed it. We saved the location in our GPS so we remember to come back.

For a bargain motel this was great. Customer service was excellent. Arrived late no problem checking in even during a snowstorm. Room was clean and spacious. Hot coffee available in the lobby in the morning. Prices can’t be beat. Nice quiet location.
