Stay away place and management was horrible Would give negative dtars if I could....Was told that you can't smoke cigarettes in the room but weed is ok? Room had a bed, chair and TV.tv didn't work but was told we rented a room not a tv. Loud stomping in the stairs and second floor.shower head sprays out of the joint and sprays everywhere. Blood spots on the wall, bed sheets are stained and when I unrolled a towel there was actual hairs that fell out of it! The final straw was we woke up to ants in our bed. We waited for management to arrive to make a complaint and the manager "annie" was extremely rude and offered a 30% discount (20$) only on the condition that I didn't leave a bad review and made me put it in writing that I accepted a 30% . Review is still posted and I will be contacting corporate. Definitely better places to stay! Have pictures of all complaints to send to corporate.

Only Good location, I don’t recommend it!!! I stay with my husband just one night, after I leave they charged more money from my card without any reason. I called them and complained about that situation and they could only tell me lies, that if I smoke in the room, it is not true because I do not smoke, then that I leave the hotel after 3 pm and it is also not true because we left at 7 am, then if something was missing from the room which is not true EITHER. Then after so many lies, they didn't even know why they had made the extra charge to my card. Conclusion, they just steal my money. I do not recommend you to stay there unless you PAY CASH.

Clean Older motel, very Satisfied for the price point we paid At ckin Bailey was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, shower had good water pressure, bed was a little firm. This is an older motel and shows its age but we were very satisfied with our room at the price point we paid. Ate at chili hills restaurant next door to restaurant, which was very convenient. It was like a hometown restaurant where locals go. The food was good, live music, the gentleman was good and made it a nice atmosphere.

Worked Property is located for easy on/off the 40. Front desk person was friendly and welcoming. 2 story property, didn’t see elevator. Room had refrigerator and small loveseat so like a suite, floor was laminate. Adequate channel selection, didn’t use WiFi. At Motel 6 you are not going to get a thick mattress, but had good night’s sleep and there were sufficient pillows. Doors are not a tight seal, you can see out to hall when it is closed. Believe they take pets, based on barking dog that quieted down after a period of time, Hallways are narrow so if you want an early bedtime probably not a good choice as you hear all of the noises then it quiets down when everyone settled in. Grocery store and some eating places you can walk to.

Pleasant, comfy, best option I’ve stayed here off and on for a few months doing an archeological project, so I’m extremely familiar with it. I’ve been doing remote work like this for decades in the SW, average 200 nights a year in hotels, so I tend to be picky. These guys are a good option. Moriarty isn’t exactly NYC, but prices here, you would think they are. So for a normal price, this is a good choice. The virus has caused issues for everyone, so chains like this tend to be more cautious. So microwaves are out. But other than that, the staff has always been super friendly and responsive, they work to accommodate whatever is needed. Never had an issue with anything they wouldn’t fix, friendly people. It’s fairly quiet, I would recommend the top floor if it’s busy to avoid footsteps noise. The regular residents are all quiet and respectful. The beds are good, on the firm side. Importantly, it’s right across the street from only restaurant in town and the biggest travel center. It’s a small place but very spread out, so it matters. Overall, it’s half the price of quality inn, the local holes that cash in on the Route 66 nostalgia and the nearby places. It’s budget, so expect a budget place, but it’s best in town for the money.
