Disgusting We were traveling cross country and were to stay in Newport, TN but town had no water due to the storm. So I booked this hotel in the nearest town without reading the reviews. Big Mistake. The hotel is horribly run down. The only pro I can say is the bed was confortable. The shower was dirty, The grouting around the toilet was disgusting. You had to hold the toilet lever down for a while till the toilet flushed. The room wall had dents in it. The breakfast area was rundown. There was a door to the outside that was falling off with a sign on it that said "Warning, Do Not Open, Door is off of its hinge". Breakfast was the usual fair, just OK. The coffee was a funny color and when you got to the bottom of the cup there was residue. The parking lot was mostly broken up and dirty. Lots of debris around. I would never recommend or stay here again

NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The TV and the phone in the room never worked I told the RED HAIRED girl in the LOBBY that it didnt work and all she said was "F*&K" She said that the internet was f&^king horrible and that the internet in this fu&king hotel was S^%T. She also said that i should just leave the TV on and hope that it would on and that it should after a few minutes. Guess what it NEVER DID!!!!

Awful! Don’t stay here! Let’s start with the good; beds were comfortable and no bugs. The bad; mold and holes all over the ceilings, dirty shower, cobwebs hanging from the ceilings, chapstick and Cheetos in the pull out bed, mattress on the pull out couch was covered in brown stains….the non smoking hallway smelled horrible of both cigarette and weed smoke. I was also charged twice and after a week of arguing for my money back, had to file a report from my bank.

Please don’t waste your money I visited a friend who came to town to see our family. She stayed one night, then we met her at the hotel the next day with breakfast. Upon entering the lobby, no one was at the desk so we went on to the room. I knew immediately what we were in store for. The hotel was extremely ran down. Upon entering her room, there was food on the wall beside the coffee pot, dirty fridge, “stuff” on various places on all the walls, the couch cushion was ripped significantly, a roach was floating in the toilet, the bathroom ceiling had a coat of Kilz on it, and the actual shower was gray/black from where it hadn’t been scrubbed in many showers taken. I was scared to even sit down. If these things were visible to the naked eye, I was cringing at what the eye couldn’t see! We started reading reviews and were horrified by the things we were reading that were recently published by others. We packed her stuff and went to check out. Upon leaving, the man at the desk didn’t even argue with her about how nasty the room was. He told her she didn’t even give him a chance to move her to a new room. Idk why he thought a new room would make a difference. Then he tried to turn the focus onto her accusing her of having more than five people in her room. She tried to tell him multiple times that we didn’t stay with her because we live here, but he would just “hmmm” her and not believe her. Thankfully she got her money back for the next two nights she was planning to stay. Then she went to a much nicer, actually clean hotel. Also, this hotel advertises its on a golf course, but it’s not. There’s a couple close by, but if you’ve got money to play golf, you’ve got money to stay at a much nicer hotel. Don’t make the mistake of staying in this place.

Great check in service. Our check in over the phone was quick and efficient. The room was ok. There was only one towel in the room so I had to go ask for more. The room had been cleaned but not thoroughly. We even found someone’s pill _ in the bathroom entrance. The metal bed frame sounds like someone hitting a barrel with a hammer every time we move. It took over ten minutes to get hot water in the shower and only stayed warm if we left the sink faucet running on hot. The breakfast was ok. The waffles are terrific but the rest was nothing to brag about. In the juice dispenser the apple juice was good but the orange juice was only water with a little color and no flavor. With improvements in room service and maintenance we could give a higher rating.
