5/5 stars. From the moment I arrived, to the moment I left, the staff at the front desk was nothing short of Professional, Courteous, Friendly, and Efficient. The lobby area was clean, and tidy, with nice updated furniture and a small cubicle office area for business needs with a computer and printer. A coffee bar and the tastiest iced- down water in a tap jug was present in the lobby. The water was so good and refreshing, I had 3 cups. I am not one to seek water out..lol. All of this blew me away and I hadn't even been in my room yet. Upon entering the room, the bedroom was sectioned off with a full bathroom and the Comfiest bed. The main entrance has a refrigerator, sink, and a pull- out sofa bed. The continental breakfast had the usual hot and cold foods from egg omelets, bacon, waffles made to order, cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, coffee bar, and the best spunkmeyers' muffins. The tap juices specifically the cranberry juice, was Full strength as I am used to hotels watering down the juices. Upon leaving, I noticed the driver of the shuttle van patiently and professionally assisting a couple into the van. I give the hotel 5/5 stars. The Only thing I can say that isn't a negative, just a preference, is the only coffee creamer available was original. I was hoping for a flavored creamer option like hazelnut. They also gave you a parking pass to put in your dash, preventing non-hotel guests from parking in their lot.

Misleading ratings Carpet filthy, room smelled terrible, paid to park and transfers to and from airport, never came to pick us up. I can’t understand how they have the ratings they have, I only went to this hotel because of the ratings and I fell it was misleading. After no one showed up, I called back and no one would answer the phone at the hotel. We took an Uber. I sent my review by Expedia but it hasn’t shown up. We stayed 9/17/24 in room 317.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! This hotel is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! We booked a room for 2 nights because my son was playing ball in the area. The room was very dim it had spider webs in the corner of the ceilings. The carpet was dingy and the mattress had stains in multiple spots. I went to pick up my bag and a flying coakroach landed on the wall. My husband pulled the sofa back to get a picture of the bug and behind the sofa was dead bugs. I couldn't get out the room fast enough. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!

Won't return We stayed here in June 2024 for 2 days apartment hunting for my daughter while she attended an orientation at a nearby university. The carpet had stains; the walls had visible dirt marks (I used a tissue to flip the light switch on and off); toilet seat needed to be replaced; strings of hair were in my bed and on the bathroom door hook; mildew around bathtub; the sink was really low for some reason so we had to bend down a bit in order to use it; the lighting in the room was very dim so I had to keep the bathroom light on to add more light to the room. There was a system failure so many of the guests including myself had to get our keys reprogrammed. Breakfast was included but when I used a cup to get hot water for tea, there was black stuff floating around in my cup. I thought my cup was dirty so I got another one, but the same black stuff appeared. It was apparent that the hot water jug was not clean. I grabbed a packaged muffin and juice which was good. I won’t return.
