Accomodating accomodtions great place clean,quiet and friendly..second time staying here. The staff is friendly and cooperative.The room was clean and well appointed great location.wish it was warmer the pool really looked great...second stay good as the first. staff was very friendly.and te place is welltaken care of. Will definately be staying at the Budget Lodge of MT. Dora in the future. Pet and people friendly....

Budget lodge Mount Dora Florida "Horrible" Ridiculous! The room had bed bugs. There were cockroaches in the restroom. Spider's behind the bed. The only reason why I noticed the spider's behind the bed. Was because bedbugs bit me in the morning. So I had to search the bed. I found only two, but I'm sure it was more. When my left to tell the owner about it. She was mad for no reason. She had no remorse for the situation. It just ruined our time together. Not to mention the sheets had stains. The bed also had a imprint. when I first got in the room I had to use the restroom. When I took a seat. I noticed the door. It was so dirty from the inside. After I finished, I looked at the front door it was exactly the same from the inside. I don't know we allow places like this to exist in America. I'm so ashamed. Good luck with this one. God bless!

A very good experience I stayed 2 nights, 4/27/ and 4/28/2022. The rate was good and I was taken aback by how nice my room was. The bed was VERY comfortable, linens clean, the room had a nice desk for me to work at. Plenty of hanging space for clothes. Ironing board, iron, TV with a great selection of channels. The A/C was brilliant, I like a cool room and it did not fail me. The Internet was fast, I did a lot of work and never had an issue. The bathroom was CLEAN, plenty of towels and wash cloths, the water was HOT as it should be. I was VERY PLEASED and I will be using this motel regularly when I am in Mount Dora. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. Also, there is a laundry room and a clean swimming pool. I cannot recommend this enough.

Interesting to say the least The only reason this motel got a 2 instead of a 1 is the staff - very nice and helpful. Manager/owner that's another story. we stayed 5 nights plus 1 additional. after second day we requested change in towels. maid came and got towels said she would wash them and return when done ??? after 2 hours and no towels called office and rep'd 1 towel 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths. called office for another towel and lady (dot not know her name) said they just brought towels and I explained the count. She became irate and came down to room with 2 male employees and demand to come in room and count towels. She was rather unpleasant and rude. She found count to be what I said took towels and maid returned with 4 towels, 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths and floor mat. She was quite unpleasant rest of stay however er staff was very nice. The room it self was of good size, bed comfortable, and it was clean. However it was extremely dated and in need of some work. No I would not go back there and cannot recommend this motel.

Very nice place Service was good, Staff was friendly and helpful Room was clean. Would stay there again. Was a nice and quiet, restaurants and stores within walking distance. It was nice that they allowed dogs in the room. Monika S.
