STAY AWAY I stayed in this hotel once. If I could have given a minus rating I would have. The second time I xame I had a terrible interaction with the on site manager. He is a horrible person. He lied to me and to his superiors. He is a bully and VERY untrustworthy. I am an elderly person and his treatment of me was unconscionable! If I was not so scared of him in the moment I would have reported him for elder abuse. Additionally, the hotel was not especially clean in the public areas. While these are suites with kitchens, there is absolutely no reason to stay here. There is the exact type of suites - Extended Stay America - right up the lane. ESA on Crawford Place is excellent. The staff are fantastic, the hotel is clean and it is less expensive than the Sonesta!

Horrible, disgusting Room 343 was absolutely disgusting. First thing you notice is the smell of smoke. Our room was so dirty and warn out we left without staying. Kitchen and bathroom floors were sticky, mold in tub and above the ac unit. The couch had stains on it. The was a faux leather chair with the fake leather warm off of the armrests. The breakfast nook chair was warm out. The funniest part was the clerk asked if we didn’t like the room! Understatement of the year.

Not a place I'd recommend, but it worked out This isn't a hotel I would recommend that a friend or family stay in, but it did end up working out for me on short notice, after multiple issues. I will start with the good: the management/owner was extremely nice and accommodating. She gave us a discount for all the issues we had (see below). The bed and bathroom were also spotlessly clean, which is probably the most important thing in a hotel. Now the bad: we had to look at four rooms before we found one that worked. We are not picky people, but the issues were significant. The first smelled strongly of cigarettes and the A/C was broken. In the second the toilet did not work. In the third, the room smelled strongly of marijuana. Then finally, the fourth was good! No bad smells, a functional toilet and working A/C. I'd say to avoid the cigarette smells (which may have come from outside) try to get a room on the third floor facing away from the parking lot. As another general note, this a hotel that caters to longer stays, and I believe some people in the hotel were living there. That is certainly not something I judge and is just an unfortunate reality in this country. However, because this is a hotel people live in, there were a lot of children running around and being loud, as well as a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot and other spaces. No judgement toward these families who were obviously just trying to live in what was their temporary home, but it doesn't make for a restful or calm environment for travelers.

Best deal in town Great place to stay. Clean. Friendly at front desk. Full kitchen. Highly recommended. Central to restaurants and shops. The only issue is that I was trying to do my laundry before a cruise, and most of the washers and dryers were out of order even though they had just got them installed the day before we arrived. But the front desk was really good about giving me my money back.
