Amazing! Great hotel! I stayed here for three nights in a room with two beds, a comfy chair, a tv, a bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, as well as a desk and a closet with hangers. I slept great all three nights. The beds are really comfy by the way. The breakfast is great. They have cereal (froot loops, Raisin Bran), muffins (banana, blueberry, chocolate), apples, oranges, drinks, pancakes, yogurt and a cinnamon bun. The banana muffins are the best and they taste just like banana bread. Overall, I loved this hotel and highly recommend!

Certainly a place I would return I did enjoy my stay. Staff were friendly. Room did seem spacious and very clean. There was a microwave, coffee maker and fridge, but no pool. Room was clean with plenty of outlets to charge my phone. I thought the blackout shade was not really good at blocking light as the room was a not really that dark once the sun came up. The AC worked great but was a bit on the loud side. Bed was comfortable.

Unhappy Tried to review on hotel's website, but it blocked me. Wifi didn't work, front desk unhelpful, said it was my computer. I have stayed most weeks 2 nights per week for a while, never had an issue. Problem wasn't my computer. Also just noticed I have been shorted points. Will probably be changing hotels.

Dirty sheets and broken AC Reservation from June 28-30. Room 208. I was partially refunded as a result of cancelling my stay due to dirty/blood stained sheets and broken AC, and couldn’t change rooms as the hotel was fully booked for a wedding. Upon arrival, the room was hot. I turned the temp down and it did not decrease. It increased from 75 to 77 degrees. Staff member stated I could crack open the window until the next day when maintenance was available. BTW it was a hot day. Soap scum throughout the tub. Had to give my preschool aged twins a shower instead of a bath. Bed sheets had stains that appeared to be dried blood. Staff member stated she was the only employee on-site and could not guarantee sheet availability. She was able to locate a set of sheets. After putting on the fitted sheet, all the while the room was hot and I was as sweaty, I discovered it had large dark stains. I felt uncomfortable in the room. I requested to switch rooms due to the issues. I was informed the hotel was booked due to a wedding the following day. Additionally, the staff member was unable to book me a room at another nearby Holiday Inn. I ended up booking a stay at a Marriott that evening. The staff member stated she would cancel my reservation due to the issues and the fact they were fully booked and could not relocate us.

Good hotel far enough outside Philly but an easy drive! Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Mt. Laurel was great. We were in town for a few baseball games and didn't want the expense of staying downtown, but didn't want to stay in a cheap/bad part of town. This hotel fit our needs perfectly. It was 30 minutes from the ballpark (even with the game traffic) and an easy drive. The folks working there great (friendly & capable). Adam, in particular, was awesome. I called the hotel earlier to let them know we’d be arriving super late (around 1AM). He had everything ready when I walked in, & check-in was lightning fast. The breakfast was typical for HIE. They had the hot foods (pre-made omelets, sausage oatmeal) & continental items (muffins, bagels). They also had the signature HIE cinnamon rolls. The room was fine. The 4 pillows on the bed gave good choices of thickness/firmness so you have what you like. The curtains let in a bit more light than I typically like (they are blinds instead of curtains, & light gets around the sides). The only complaint I had was that the shower made a whistling sound (when changed from bath to shower). The sound kept coming back no matter how many times I switched it, which was annoying. The fitness room was good. They have a couple of treadmills, two bikes, & an elliptical, as well as some dumbbells. The treadmill worked well, so I was happy. I would absolutely stay here again when in Philaddelphia!
