Nice size space, but worn Very comfortable beds, good size 2 bdrm unit. Kitchen is very handy. Rooms and finishes are dated and worn. No USB ports in the room. Bathrooms are dated, kitchen cabinets were grimey, beat up, but everything worked fine. I didn't eat the breakfast due to an early am flight. Close to restuarants, and many other hotels.

Even though the area hotels aren't much better just say no to this hotel, I had the 2 bedroom. For a decent price and a Hyatt property I figured, how bad could it be? The room was spacious, but in a word, unclean with a big carpet stain & dirty vents. It felt like the cleaning was very minimal. Within minutes, there was a smell of pot. Since I went with my child I went to the front desk to address the problem. They were less than helpful. Told me to email the manager. I did that evening. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything from the manager. They charge $5 needlessly for parking. NEEDLESSLY. Oh and did I mention the bug bites. It took a little time for the reactions to appear and when they did it caused a horrible immense itching. Ugh! Yuck! I had been in numerous Hiltons through most of October, with zero issues. One evening in the Hyatt, after 3 weeks at home, and boom..Bites. Bed bugs! I am repulsed, angry and frankly overcharged. Even the breakfast was meh. Undercooked waffles, tons of bread, mediocre sausage, typical scrambled eggs. Terrible design for multiple guests to self-serve at the same time. Just say no to this hotel.

Good Layout - Bad housekeeping The rooms were a great layout for our group of 5, we had two couples and a friend so having two rooms and a pull-out was nice. Everything else about the room was disappointing. The cleanliness was maybe a 1/5. The bathrooms had mysterious splatter stains everywhere and were incredibly narrow and hard to navigate. The kitchen counter and sink was sticky and had spills everywhere. All the plates, bowls, and utensils had stains and were all in the cabinets with caked on food. The dishwasher had 2 inches of cloudy standing water and the racks were so rusted they were basically falling apart. We had to clean every surface in there. Everything felt incredibly yucky. I will say the blackout curtains worked perfectly though.

Fits the need If you're in need of a place to stay with family, this fits your need and for the price reasonable, but rooms are in need of repair and better cleaning. Every night heard a ruckus from other rooms and people going into their rooms

Avoid this hotel. AVOID. THIS. HOTEL. I cannot stress enough on how horrible this property is. The room condition is just awful. Broken furniture, missing utensils, broken phones, stained couch and carpet. The carpet was ripped and can hurt if you accidentally stepped over it (picture attached). The front desk is mediocre and does not care at all. I can just go on and on but Avoid this hotel as if its the plague.
