Knights Inn Mount Laurel

Good Budget Motel I was a bit nervous after reading some reviews, but I found the motel to be very clean and comfortable. The facility as a whole and the rooms are a bit run down, but you aren't paying for a five-star experience. At the budget end of the scale, it was fine. The room was equipped with a mini-fridge and microwave. The bathroom was set up for people with disabilities (like myself). The TV had many more channels that are common in budget motels. The staff was super friendly and helpful.. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Save yourself! First up, BELIEVE the other reviews. I usually take them with a grain of salt, but a lot if not most of the reviews for this hotel were spot on in not a bit rosier than my experience. Check in was relatively easy, as reviewed before everything is done through the night window. Went to our non smoking room and was immediately hit with the overwhelming wave of musty cigarette smoke. I stay at a lot of cheap hotels/motels but my trusty bottle of ozone spray did not put a dent in this. Second thing, the pictures of the rooms are NOT what you get. Corporate may have these pretty pictures but your accommodations are straight out the late 80's early 90's, which is the last time I think management cared about this hotel. Now to the nitty gritty, this room was nasty. Dead bugs on the wall and ceilings, mini liquor bottles behind the TV, dirt and crude in the drawers, it is obvious that there is no general clean up or housekeeping. Just dirt and buildup everywhere, I think you get the idea. I was scared to look at the matters, but I did see the side of the box springs as we were picking up to checking out and was glad that we were leaving. It was the grossest thing that I have seen in a long time. Even though it looked like my door had been kicked in and the frame screwed back together with scraps of wood, I did feel safe. The area was quiet with very few people just hanging around even though you would suspect that quite a few people live here with the chairs and large bags of trash outside doors and in the walkways. If only this hotel was cleaner I would consider staying again but I will look for better accommodations next time. There are tons of other hotels in the area, spend the extra $10 a night, it is probably worth it.

UNACCEPTABLE I never really book in a motel but was desperate this past weekend from May 29 through May 31, 2021. This place is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. Roaches, the rooms are a horrible, room wreaked of cigarette smoking, the linens on bed seemed like they haven't been washed in weeks, the pillows are so flat you're better off sleeping without one. Very deceiving, there are roaches and they never cleaned while staying there. Staff at the desk is rude. I would ever want to stay in a motel and much less this one. If in a bind I would rather sleep in my car. I have read prior reviews and this establishment should be investigated. I am seriously going to call the health department. The garbage is not picked up from the rooms and anyone staying there just leaves them outside their door. Last night there was so much noise on the ground floor from a couple having a dispute that I wanted to leave at 3:30 a.m. but waited till 6:30 to check out of there. I came home and seriously washed everything that I took because I was disgusted. SHAME SHAME SHAME

It's the location for me! Close to the turnpike and 295. McDonald's and Applebees next door. The hotel room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. It was perfect for my stay.

Knights nightmare Stayed in room 214. Mold on shower curtin,and in shower,shower head not been cleaned. Roch walking up wall. Drapes stained and greesie spots. To top it off a mouse run on my TV. Went to get another room,the manager over heard and didn't even apologize. Went to room 211,the main lights didn't work. The bed was broke in the middle so I slept on a banana. Pizza in the microwave. No hair dryer. I should at least get some money back. The manager should look after his investment much closer. Dont stay there your wasting your money. Never again.
