Paradise Stream Resort

Paradise Stream lovy dovy My trip was great had a blast . Played trivia and bingo . Went fishing and had a fabulous dinner . Breakfast was also great . The store was very fun I love my new robe . The heart shaped pool was a lot of fun and there’s a sauna in the room that was very nice . I love the wood burning inside the room but I don’t recommend it was very hard to breathe . Staff are wonderful and they are very welcoming .

Going back in Nov My family & I had a relaxing vacation at this resort. Staff is friendly & pleasant to talk with. Food was very good and plenty of it. Bed in my villa was very comfortable & house keeping is good. Had a good time at the night club on Friday & Saturday with bands and comedians. I would recommend going to Paradise Stream. We are planning our next trip there.

Love it It was absolutely great!!! Only issue I had was the smell of the fireplace. Everything else was great!!! Food &drinks from spooners were better than expected!!!

Great resort for couples near tri-state area We loved our stay at Paradise Stream Resort. I loved the feeling of being at an adults only resort while being in the US. Our room was fabulous! We stayed in the Garden of Eden Apple room and enjoyed all of the amenities. The food at the restaurant had lots of choices and was prepared fresh! I’m definitely returning.

Not what it used to be We are long time patrons, 20+ years, and have always enjoyed our visits. However, we have noticed a lack of maintenance at the properties over the last several years. The grounds and buildings and overall facilities need a lot of attention. We stay at the Lakeside Villa which we love, but although the interior was clean, the balcony was dirty and full of debris from the trees. You should also remove some of the overgrown brush and trees that block the view of the lake. We were heart broken when you sold Pocono Palace which was the best of your three Pocono resorts. We have been going to Paradise Stream recently and honestly it doesn’t compare. The food has also gone downhill, the game room needs attention, the large hot tub by the indoor pool has been dismantled and not repaired for a while. We really enjoyed the coffee machine in the lobby at Pocono Palace and feel that would be a good addition at Paradise Stream. We went during the week for the first time this visit and were disappointed. You seemed to be short staffed and the staff seemed to be frustrated. The staff that you do have are very good, professional and accommodating. They deserve kudos. The pool bar was not manned the whole time and you had to go into the Cafe for everything. The entertainment in the night club leaves a lot to be desired during the week. Not the entertainers themselves but it is like going to a local pub rather than a luxury resort. Your pillows are deceiving. They seem to be fluffy and comfortable at first until you lay on them and they completely deflate. I brought my own pillow this time. With all of that said, we really do enjoy coming to the resorts. We are hopeful that there are good changes to come in the future and look forward to continuing our patronage. Thank you for listening.
