I’d book somewhere else if you can. One and done for me. For a facility in the Wyndham/Ramada chain, this one left much to be desired! Upon arrival, the lobby is locked so you handle check-in thru a small plexiglass window with small holes to talk and hear thru and a slot at the bottom from credit card/ID, paper, etc. The clerk on duty couldn’t find my two night reservation and had to refer to the confirmation paper I had printed out. He finally found the info after rummaging thru desk drawers. The parking spaces are small so if you’re driving a pickup or larger car, you likely won’t be parking close to your room. We had room 126 and the spaces outside could only fit compacts. The room key gave us fits each time we used it over the two days we stayed. Once inside, the room was small for a king. It had basically no storage space for clothing nor a suitcase stand. The smoke alarm was missing and the bathroom door handle was not much from being off, very loose. The “high speed” WiFi was anything but and often disconnected. The tv remote didn’t work so I took it back to the office where the clerk left and borrowed one from another room. A few times the cable just stopped working and the tv went dark so we just turned it off. There is no pool on the property and the gym is a small room with a bicycle and treadmill. There is no breakfast area either despite the pictures on booking websites. Your breakfast is in a paper bag and has to be picked up at the lobby and you get it from the clerk. You can choose one of five frozen entrees including burritos, breakfast croissants and a couple others. Inside the bag was a small bottle of water and orange juice, a banana and a snack bag of cookies. If you’re not expecting much from a hotel, you’ll be ok with this facility. If you are, maybe consider booking another hotel/motel in the area. The one benefit I saw from booking this motel was its close proximity to the Shoreline Amphitheater which is about a 8-10 minute drive. There is also a bbq restaurant nearby called “Wagon Wheel” and it’s really good with huge portions!

Dirty room and bathroom The rooms were not well cleaned. There were cobwebs in the shower and the cleaner did a poor job of cleaning the place up. On my first night, I needed to mop the floor, it was dusty and could tell it hadn't been mopped in weeks. For subsequent nights, only towels were replaced, No proper cleaning as well. I'll never come back to this hotel because of how poorly kept it was. That said, the amenities were decent with a fridge and microwave present in the room.

Cozy place but cleanliness is lacking. Cozy and environmentally quiet. If you're on the first floor expect to hear the upstairs shower and toilet flush as if its right in your room. The fitness center only has a treadmill, bike and what I THINK is a row machine. So cardio - yes, but then you're on your own. Biggest issue is the coffee maker was dirty and broken. The sink, toilet, tub (which had cracks), and two of the towels were dirty and/or stained. Continental breakfast had a good spread. The coffee was trash.

Extremely bad experience with unclean rooms & low competent staff One of the worst hotels pls never stay here Unclean Rooms Low competent staffs Mistakenly used my credit card for charging my entire accommodation instead of just holding certain amount as I am a corporate traveler and my company pays for it All in all worse experience, badly waiting to move out

Could be cleaner There was a strong odor of dog urine in lobby along with two loose dogs. There were ants in the room and hair on the floor. Advertised to include a buffet breakfast, but a bagged breakfast was provided.
