Visiting the Lancaster Area From the time I arrived, I knew that my 2 day stay would be a good one. Tanya, at the reception desk, realized I had visited 20 months earlier. Although arriving early, she told me I could go up to my room, as it was already for me. I was to meet my daughter and son in law as we were to spend two days in the area being entertained at the Dutch Apple Theater and the American Music Theater. Breakfasts were simple but tasty. All areas were clean and parking was perfect for us. An ice cream venue along with miniature golf could be utilized right across the street as well. Two fine days in the Lancaster area was that much more rewarding with our stay at the Sleep Inn of Mountville, PA. Kudos to Tanya and the supporting staff.

Outdated and not worth the money I paid. Outdated!! Room smelled musty. Elevator was broken. Room was clean but small. We reserved a room with 2 queen beds and these were not queen size. They were full size beds. The ports for iPhone charging are in the lamps and didn’t work. Not the comfiest bed but just ok. Breakfast was just ok. Not a lot of choices for food.

Excellent value for the money!! Hotel is not even three years old. Clean, comfortable, quiet, secure & in like-new condition. Everything in my room worked in top notch order. I had brought my own pillow for the comfort but didn't even bother bringing it up from my vehicle. Their pillows were as comfortable as any I've ever slept on. Breakfast was hot or cold with good choices. The hot tub was amazing! The pool was long and narrow and ideal for swimming laps, if you're into that.

Bedbugs and dirty sheets Filthy beds, signs of bedbugs. Musty smell, the sheets weren’t washed.. we switched our room twice. First 2 had signs of BB & were filthy. Third was ok but still would not recommend all. Only stayed bc we had no choice.

Roaches as roommates and mildew I wanted to share my experience at this hotel during Thanksgiving vacation in 2023. Unfortunately, it was a pretty terrible one. The price of the room seemed competitive compared to others in the area, except for the expensive luxury hotels that were out of my budget. It was conveniently located, which is why I chose it for my family getaway. Although the hotel was a bit outdated, I didn't mind as I had stayed in similar places before. However, the cleanliness of the room was a major concern. As soon as we walked in, there was a big stain on one of the chairs that looked like someone had spilled something or worse. The refrigerator still had leftovers from the previous guest, and the shower had mold and dirt all over the floor and glass. To make matters worse, when we returned to the hotel after a night out, we discovered roaches in the bathroom. We hadn't seen them when we checked in, but from that point on, they were always there whenever we came back. It was extremely frustrating. When we expressed our concerns to the front desk, we were met with indifference. The receptionist, who also happened to be the manager, told us they were fully booked and couldn't offer us any alternative solutions. We tried looking for other hotels, but being Thanksgiving weekend, everything was booked. So, before heading home, we had to find a laundromat in town to thoroughly clean our clothes and make sure we didn't bring any unexpected guests home with us. I found the hotel's response disrespectful and lacking empathy. Their attitude towards my situation was disappointing, and I believe that customers should be informed about the roach problem. Nobody deserves to go through what we experience.
