Thoughtful and honest staff I left my computer in the room and the housekeeping and manager were so professional in helping me get it back. I did have trouble with FedEx cooperating but finally got them to pick up the shipment. Red roof in packaged my computer for me and I was shocked to see the care they took even down to the packaging details! Great stay, great staff!

Best Room Work Station I'm a business traveler sitting at the best work station/desk that I've ever encountered in a hotel at any price. Sure, it's not the Ritz, but @ $66/night with a great desk for me to work, a very comfortable bed, cool staff and every retail store one could want nearby, including good cigars, I'm a happy camper. If you want to spend more, there are lots of other options in town. -Francis Goodwin

stay away from this one They have direct tv, which has only worked a couple of minutes for supposed hours of possible viewing time and checked in since Friday evening to Saturday to Sunday to Monday to Tuesday so very doubtful with weather and direct will have much if any tv to watch, though it brags about having hbo and other channels, but again if cannot even get it to work beyond a few minutes makes it useless and worthless. Totally wish comfort inn would have have available rooms , they were notified Saturday earlier that the first floor ice machine was not working right then again Saturday night that it had totally stopped working, it is now Sunday afternoon with no working tv service, intermittent internet, no ice first floor, no ice maker 2nd floor at all. Cleaning staff seems ok, although must add have not been asked or was gone about changing sheets, and when they handed me 'towels' it was just 1 larger one with 1 hand sized and 2 rags, so really not sure what the point was, but they evidently had to finish washing a batch because they did bring us some to the door a but later. The various wrapped cups, not sure what point there, either, as each one had some plastic but also multiple holes in plastic, which totally defeats purpose of that exercise, and with ice machine messed up all this time, the cups are mostly useless as well. but that is not necessarily housekeeping issue. The only reason the rating even got up to 2 was because they at least tried The site says they accept pets, but what they should have said was small dogs, because various ones of their locations state dogs under 10 pounds, no cats, though did see a guy walking a large retriever so who knows about that at all. Also depending on response, there is see of 15, 20, 30 bucks for dog, plus the 40 deposit for ? when checking in, supposedly refundable, for something or other, do not know for what. The parking area is up sloped, which means the water spouts running on the sides of the walk push water onto where step out of vehicle and the walkways with the water hitting the walkway areas but not actually keeping the pouring water from soaking everything, which is even more an issue when the smoking receptacle is out there where the water rushes in plus open to elements in general, no clue why it is not under stairwell so at least some cover, nor why site claims smoking rooms but all rooms' doors say no smoking. Can not say much about the breakfast supposedly offered, reviews say it is overall crappy, but will by by what they say since their times for that is like 6 am to 9 am only, quite ridiculously short time, then hearing how crappy it is, well would still like to see for myself. So far, one of the worst experiences ever, especially with the very lumpy very uncomfortable king sized and the thin scratchy spread, adding in the torn linoleum here and there throughout the room, which is really so helpful to a blind person getting over a stroke, but hey, I said at least I have ice....

Rudest employee I’ve ever met We booked a room for 75 dollars, as I’m moving into a university 6 hours from my home. We finally get to the place and the guy working up front says there’s also a 45 dollar deposit fee, all of which he said is needed up front. We had exactly enough for the room and told him we’d be completely able to pay the deposit in the morning. He refused, threatened to call the police if we didn’t leave the lobby immediately, and was using some explicit profanity when talking to my mother . Oh, and it also costs 65 dollars to cancel the room anyhow, so at least the prices are consistent.
