Just bad! Stayed at hotel 5/29-6/2/25 Bad! Avoid this property. AC in bedroom was so loud and rattled, woke us up every time it cut on. Room was NOT clean, hair in places it shouldn’t be, mattress was dipped and painful to sleep on, frige shelves were broken and unusable, furniture smelled, room smelled, pools closed during stay with no letting people know(outdoor lazy river and two other pools) pools were full of trash and construction debris, supposed to be nonsmoking and every day/night of stay constant marijuana odor (complained and no recourse) , groups drinking beer outa beer cans in kid area and in kids pool, exercise room was the size of a broom closet and the one and only weight machine was broken. Arcade was opened for hours with no staff to assist and wasn’t opened the hours displayed. CONSTRUCTION ZONE…the entire front of the building was under construction along with the 6th floor, no bowling, construction debris everywhere. Never again will I subject my family to this property. Just bad

Clean and safe They was under construction but that did not cause any problems at all . The room was nice and clean and we had everything we needed. Everyone was friendly and was quick to ask if we needed anything. We won’t hesitate to book there again. We also felt safe at this location.

Great beach lovers place to stay This place Is the best place for the beach lovers out there. Spent most of the time in the sand.. Clean rooms, plenty of space, restaurant on site, great beds. The pools need help the lazy river was warm an only two foot deep. The "hot" tubs were not hot at all. The other pools an kid zone was nice but not her over 4 foot deep.

Thank you from Big T We hit the beach for a basketball tournament weekend! The team loved the hotel. Big shout out to Tiff and Anja the front desk agents. They made our experience better with different room accommodations to ensure satisfaction. The food was a bit pricey but convenient so we didn't have to go far. I forgot the service manager name but she was very sweet and helpful! I'd return good hotel. Good luck with renovations!

We love Cap'n quarters!!! We love this place 15 yrs and counting! Lots of things to do,hot tubs,pools,lazy river!! And food and drinks close,everyone is so nice here!! It could use another mirror in the room,but all else was good,nice and quiet at night!! We will be back!!
