Travis is a 5 star customer service rep Caravelle Resort customer service desk rep Travis was amazing! He greeted me with a smile, when the other rep let people go before me and didn't offer me an apology. Travis not only took care of the room issue, but also made sure I was accommodated to great satisfaction. He did an outstanding job and is a top notch customer service rep. My room was wonderful with awesome views, but the showers were cool and/or cold at times. Also a dirty wash cloth was left on the door my cleaning staff. I called room service several times, but didnt get an answer. Overall, my stay turned out to ne a great experience, due to Travis. Travis by himself, gets 5 stars from me. You saved my trip vacation, and I couldn't be more thankful to you.

Love the room Zee is the best. She was very helpful and explained everything well!! I loved the room and everything. She is too perfect and loved her energy and how nice and respectful she was we absolutely love love love love love love love love love love it

Happy So helpful and kind. I will be coming back to visit really soon. I'm bringing my parents to the beach to have a good time. This is there 1st time at the beach for bike week and we didn't even get our room yet and they are so excited. Soooo we going to enjoy!!!!

Last minute stay was very nice. We decided to stay at Caravelle after receiving a discount offer via Text message. I have stayed there before on a golf outing and had a positive attitude about the resort. We will consider staying there again whenever we visit Myrtle Beach.
