Tiki Bar - Great bartender! We came down with family for the weekend. The kids had a blast! They have loved all the activities and music. Especially the water slides. We love how close everything is. Makes traveling with kids easier. Darlene was super friendly and kind! Loved talking with her.

Darlene gave the ultimate experience Darlene gave the best service at the tiki bar!!! She didn’t even make fun of me when I asked her if the purple gecko was a purple drink. My kids loved going up and getting their kid pina coladas and strawberry frozen drinks. She definitely gave us the island vibe. Thank you Darlene!

Amazing Customer Service with Deandra! Just checked in (day 1) and Deandra at the front desk was so amazing! She was so kind and patient while I had an issue with my card. I appreciated her customer service. This is the first time we have stayed at this resort and we are looking forward to our trip!

The best tiki bartender We love our bartender at Crown reef Darlene! She was funny, sweet and nice but very professional. Our drinks was wonderful and we went back the next day for more. When we came back for the next day, she recognized us and knew what we wanted. Darlene was amazing.

Business Conference at the Crown Reef Love the view from my room! And that all the rooms are ocean front! And beach access is so easy. Stay was for a business conference, and the staff assisting setting up and coordinating our general session space with F&B, and AV, were excellent, especially the GM Aladin!
