DISEPOINTING ABOUT THE BUFFET We resived service in the room for our TV he was great service.mr hence was great Our service for breakfast was fisepointing we was 20 people we really send up for buffet nobody told us it was not avaliable anymore .Very disepointed . We was forsed to eat only what was avaliable we was not given a choice . The room was nice and clean we had everything we need in the room Concerning no bathroom at the pool treble. We are elderly not good Elevator was broken not good we had to try to figure out how to get down was not visible wher to go . Fals fiere alarm gave grandma panic attack. ONE OF THE REASON WE CAME EVERY YEAR WAS THE BUffet becouse we lovet it becouse we allways a lots of people

Disappointed The check In service was professional. However, my intent for selecting this residence was to relax in a nice room with an accessible hot tub. I was very disappointed to see a filthy unhealthy tub that contained what appears to be mold, uncleaned jets, hair in tub and walls on shower unit, chipped and old paint and faucets. The entire room needs a deep cleaning with upgrades. The rooms should align with the professionalism of the staff.

Ennis is the man, TVs not so much Ennis is simply the most genuine, fun, and great guy to have a drink with. Is always attentive, great with kids, and makes the most amazing drinks. Will definitely be coming back as we always do. One thing I must ask is to upgrade your TVs at the bar to where the bartender can change the channel without being 6’4”

Maintenance is awesome! Cornell Thomas and Nate with maintenance were so friendly and nice! They came up in the middle of the night to help us fix our door. Although it was something small, they did not hesitate to have it fixed. We appreciate them so much! Awesome people!
