A Truly Terrifying Hotel If you’re an unsuspecting traveler, and new to this venue, be aware that this property caters to the underprivileged in the community. Also, if you’re allergic to smoke of any kind, do not stay here. There are portions of the facility, which smell strongly of smoke, both cigarettes and reefer. They advertise “Non Smoking Facility,” throughout the building, but the management does little to address the rule breakers. The housekeeping staff are kind, honest, and hard working. The general manager, Phyllis behaves more like a prison guard than someone in hospitality, and this behavior is consistent. If you’re desperate and you have no other alternative, this is your place. If you’re a traveler, or on holiday, the “Wyndham” designation, is deceptive and perhaps bait to the unsuspecting travelers looking for a good value close to the beach. All in all, I would describe my experience here, as terrifying, and I’m well traveled in all classes of hotel facilities across the U.S.

Fail to deliver what you pay for, then ignore your complaint. I paid for a room that included "free breakfast". Then found out in the morning that no breakfast was being offered due to construction. No compensation offered and they tried to blame it on the third party web-site. My numerous letters of complaint have either been brushed off or ignored. Both the owner of this franchise and the corporation seem arrogant and uncaring.

Disgusting!! I was deceived by the pictures online. Only needed a place to stay one night until beach rental was ready and choose this hotel. Immediately greeted by the aroma of cigarettes and marijuana. The hallways have no lighting, our room has a literal hole in the wall, disgusting marks on the walls, etc. There is mold around the windows in the hallway. Our room appeared as it hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages. The only positives are that is it very close to the airport. My advice is to spend a little more money and stay at a nicer place down the road.

Do not stay here I stayed here for one night while I was there. There were homeless people walking around the cars in the parking lot. Someone was taken out on a gurney, and someone else was arrested and it was all one big thing that happened. There was NO hot water, the room was dirty and so was the hotel in general and the breakfast was essentially coffee and cereal
