The summer spot every year! My family is repeat customers here! We love it and all the different activities you can do here. One thing that hooked us is that it's very kid friendly. Staff is helpful, respectful and sweet! Rooms are home like, and the pillows are extremely comfortable and fluffy. We will be back!

At day at the beach Clean room. The outside of the hotel could use some updating. The place looks like it was built in the early 90s. We stayed for night. Beds were comfortable but I always carry rubbing alcohol for pests to spray the room. We had no issue with bugs. The resort was fun. Slides were scary for my son. Our favorite was the hot tub. Would I return? No because breakfast is not free and the charge for it is outrages. I did have a bad experience with the food being delivered to the hotel. I think the restaurant name was Giovanni. Food was cold and I spent over $50 for it. So no for us.

Will not return We stayed here last week for a family birthday trip. The room was run down and disgusting. There were roaches, one toilet didn't have a lid, the dryer handle was missing, and it looked like there was mold on the ceilings and in the bathrooms. Housekeeping didn't come despite being told they come mid-week for a light cleaning and bedding change. There were clumps of hair in the pools. It was incredibly loud at night, despite being on the 12th floor; you could still hear pool noise since it's open until 11. This hotel came highly recommended but we will not be staying there again, despite their offer for a free room upgrade.

Disgusting Our trip started with our room not being available at check in time. We stayed in a 2 bedroom. Room was disgusting. Roaches, mold, broken faucets dripping constantly. Only received towel and trash survice one time. Had to call down for maid service the day after we were supposed to receive it as they never showed up. We lost hot water Friday. I called down and was never fixed, we all had to shower in cold water until Sunday. Mold and mildew in shower and walls/ceilings. An exterminator just entered our room without informing us that chemicals were being sprayed. Would not recommend staying here. It will certainly be our last time.

Wonderful Family Fun Beautiful ocean views, very clean, friendly helpful staff and several water parks great for year round use. Come enjoy the beautiful beach, hunt for shark teeth and enjoy making fabulous memories. Enjoy soaking in several hot tubs, get a break from the sun by enjoying the indoor water parks.
