Go some place else! Our stay was not pleasant and I do not recommend this hotel. It is one of the most inexpensive among Hilton properties in the area and apparently you get what you pay for. When we arrived the woman behind the counter was pleasant but I was not acknowledged as a Hilton Honors member. We get to the room, and it is a very unpleasant odor in the 2 queen suite with sofabed. The AC is very loud and annoying. The pull down blind did not go all the way up and when pulled all the way down, it would not stay. The housekeeping staff was generous, room was generally clean with the towels that we asked for and the breakfast was decent - only highlights. The parking lot was small compared to the size of the hotel. We asked for a late checkout and was denied. Then, as we were packing up, I was asking bout a housekeeping staff if we were leaving that day and I said yes. This was around 10:15am. My family took a load of things down to the car around 10:40am. When I got back to the room to do a search, the cleaner was already in and cleaning the microwave, with an attitude. She looked startled and irritated. I told her I was doing a final check for our things and she said she's already gone through everything. I told her it was standard procedure to avoid leaving anything behind. She huffed and puffed and kept. Needless to stay, we'll never stay here again. Awful.

Ask all the questions when reserving by phone. Pulled into hotel after a long travel day and it was fully under renovation. The front was all torn down. Had to use back entrance. Spoke to the hotel 3 times before travel and no one mentioned this mess we’d be walking into. Breakfast was terrible and the over charge for pet friendly rooms. Do not recommend this hotel.

Hilton should send corporate to check out this namesake of theirs. We were e-mailed a few days before our 5 night arrival that renovations would restart on 9/25. Called hotel and was assured 3,4 and 5th floor renovations were complete and we would be on 5. Lobby was dirty, stained carpets& furniture. 5th floor had stained carpets, and our room had damaged furniture, broken table leg, fogged windows. Never unloaded our luggage and left hotel. Hilton should be embarrassed to have their name on this hotel.

Dissatisfied on so many levels This hotel is in poor shape, badly upkept and in need of major repairs; moreover in need of major morale and attitude adjustments. Upon arrival, we and all others were told roo.s would not be ready until the normal checkin time of 4pm. Miraculously, all of the rooms were ready at the same time. While waiting, I went to the ladies room, which was filthy. I was told the one at the pool might be better, but it was dirty, rusty and had a non-functional lock. The areas around the hotel were rusty, in need of repair, paint, etc (see pics). It was pretty much the same throughout the hotel. Our "updated" room was also a disgrace. Do not be fooled by the low prices. I will never consider staying here again. I am sure the condition of the property plays into the poor attitude and morale of the employees - I never saw one of them smile, not once.

Very disappointing stay We arrived prior to the 4 pm check in. The front desk clerk did not even ask our name or check rooms, but told us to come back later. The AC in our room was noisy and did not work well. The floors were damp and slippery. The hallway carpet was covered in bleach stains. Our room was not serviced and we were not told it would not be serviced. This was a very depressing hotel and stay
