Mixed Experience at Landmark Resort My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Landmark Resort in a 1-bedroom oceanfront condo for the first time. The location is incredibly convenient - right on the strip and within walking distance to everything you need! What We Loved The ocean views from our condo were absolutely breathtaking - waking up to that scenery every morning was definitely a highlight of our trip. The lazy river and outdoor pool area had a great atmosphere and was perfect for relaxing. Room for ImprovementUnfortunately, several amenities were closed during our stay, including all the resort restaurants and the water park. This was disappointing as we had looked forward to trying these facilities. Despite some letdowns, we appreciated the location and views enough that we plan to give the Landmark another chance in the future. Hopefully next time we'll get to experience all the resort has to offer!

Spring break Great manager (Sherman). nice hot tubes. Housekeeping could be better and more consistently. The air-conditioned could be fixed to go below 66. Bed was hard in bedroom. Living room bed was soft. They definitely need to clean out the bottom of the hotel on ground level (there storage area) looks like someone hoarding

Would not stay ever The bathroom shower had mold in it. The toilet handle was completely broke off. No locks on inside door. We had to put a chair to secure door. No trash cans in room. No housekeeping. At 1030 day of check out, employee knocked on door then opened it and ask were we checking out 11. The bar and grill was closed at 7 instead of 9.

Dirty rooms Very dirty rooms and poor amenities. The floors and all surfaces need to be cleaned. Elevators and lights in common areas are filthy. Only bright spot was Jasper, who took care of opening and setting up our meeting room. He was very professional and helpful

My Summer Spot Great location- just minutes away from all everything - just a few feet to the beach or the many water features in the resort-great swimming spot- all 3 visits, ended up with great rooms. Even though it’s a busy hotel, I feel completely safe there.
