Mother’s Day, vacation trip. Very kind staff at the pool areas and at the bar love that they provide towels for the inside pools. We did have a couple complications with our room, but the host quickly eliminated those problems and got us a fan immediately when he found out, ours was broke would definitely recommend to a friend. Good for families and kids.

Great vacation vibe The staff is helpful and attentive. The resort is clean and well maintained- the water park and pool side refreshment stands are fun and affordable! Great beach access. Perfect vacation vibe! .We love coming to Landmark year after year and enjoy seeing some of the same friendly faces.

Mixed Experience at Landmark Resort My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Landmark Resort in a 1-bedroom oceanfront condo for the first time. The location is incredibly convenient - right on the strip and within walking distance to everything you need! What We Loved The ocean views from our condo were absolutely breathtaking - waking up to that scenery every morning was definitely a highlight of our trip. The lazy river and outdoor pool area had a great atmosphere and was perfect for relaxing. Room for ImprovementUnfortunately, several amenities were closed during our stay, including all the resort restaurants and the water park. This was disappointing as we had looked forward to trying these facilities. Despite some letdowns, we appreciated the location and views enough that we plan to give the Landmark another chance in the future. Hopefully next time we'll get to experience all the resort has to offer!

Spring break Great manager (Sherman). nice hot tubes. Housekeeping could be better and more consistently. The air-conditioned could be fixed to go below 66. Bed was hard in bedroom. Living room bed was soft. They definitely need to clean out the bottom of the hotel on ground level (there storage area) looks like someone hoarding

Would not stay ever The bathroom shower had mold in it. The toilet handle was completely broke off. No locks on inside door. We had to put a chair to secure door. No trash cans in room. No housekeeping. At 1030 day of check out, employee knocked on door then opened it and ask were we checking out 11. The bar and grill was closed at 7 instead of 9.
