Beautiful property with excellent service! This was an ideal location and a beautiful property! Our room was very spacious with a view of the ICW. While the property is large, it felt very cozy and intimate. Service was superb. We enjoyed breakast on the patio and a poolside lunch. The food was excellent. This hotel is highly recommended!

Great weekend getaway Room/suite was perfect for our 4 day 3 night getaway. Over looking the Intracoastal waterway and marina with a balcony. Trish in reservations was fantastic and such a pleasure to work with. The amenities (and weather) made for it easy to just stay there and not venture out.

Must experience! Words can’t describe how wonderful and hospitable this experience was at this resort.. seriously, no complaints but the most memorable experience was the hospitality, kindness and above exceptional customer service at the waterscapes restaurant there specifically from the servers: Marc, Michael and Laura! They made my proposal to my now fiancé easy and smooth, their help, service and my Lord took a lot of my nervousness away in that moment. This definitely was NOT our last time here.

Perfect property My wife and I love this property the shuttle to the beach is perfect, with the cabana. In the bathrooms down there, Laura and Patricia were wonderful at the front desk. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We'll be back with the kids in a month, huh, then why?

Smoke & Mirrors Never have I been spoken to or treated so poorly by a “manager” that apparently leads the front desk. And silly me for thinking an email sharing my experience with the GM would elicit some level of apology. It’s smoke and mirrors for what it really is, subpar in Myrtle Beach. Del Webb… you may not want to hitch your good quality to this level of experience. I’ll never go back nor would I ever recommend.
