Mixed review! The Good- Easy access to the beach; Nice pool; Food and beverage service at the pool was great; Overall friendly staff; Just outside the tourist and busy main strip! The Bad- The air conditioning in the room I stayed in was horrible! The room never got cool. Maintenance guy tried to fix twice with no success! The elevators were dirty. No glasses at the main bar. Food options were limited. And they need to cover the food during the long walk from the kitchen!

Nice hotel with lots to do Pros: Easy check in Right on the beach Nice pools Clean, spacious rooms Clean, spacious bathrooms Beach/ pool towels available Cons: The lounge chairs at the pool are typically taken by the time you get out there by people that put their belongings there early, but don't use them until later on the day Room 531 Check in was very easy through the app. I was able to check in the night before and they let you know when your room is ready the day of. I arrived early and they were able to hold my luggage and was even offered a room early. The room had one king size bed and a pull out couch. The view was pretty much of the other buildings, but you could see a little of the ocean. The room was spacious and clean. The restroom was also big. Toiletries included shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bar soap. The room is equipped with an iron and a hairdryer. The room also has a coffee pot. They do not have a microwave but they do have a mini fridge. The bed was comfortable and the couch was a pull out. They were able to supply us with more pillows and sheets. Currently, if you want housekeeping, you have to request it before noon. They are pretty good about replenishing your towels, coffee, and any other supplies you’re missing as long as you ask for it. The pool: they have two outside pools. The first one always has less people because there is less lounge chairs. The second one is always full. They do also have a water slide. The inside pool is always empty in a good place to go and relax at. They also have a hot tub in the inside pool area. They offer pool towels poolside. You can rent Cabanas by the pool as well. Near the pool they have an area with hammocks under palm trees. They also have a poolside restaurant. Entertainment: they have plenty of things to do. Inside the hotel they have a game room. Outside they have cornhole, ping-pong, basketball. Gym: The gym has several treadmills and some weight machines. They also have free weights. They always have towels available and water. Beach: they have a good beach access with showers. The beach is clean and not crowded. They do have umbrellas and chairs you can rent. They do allow you to take your towels to the beach from the pool. Laundry facilities are available. The front desk can exchange your dollars for quarters

Average Marriott, decent location Nothing special. I thought the $75 dollar a night resort fee was high - but I don't know what it covers, nothing we did. Beach chairs and umbrella extra $45. Service at restaurants bit standoffish. Not pressed to repeat, Titanium Member, been at many Marriott Resort sites.

Gross…Dirty This was the dirtiest hotel I have stayed in. We had to step over piles of human vomit just to get in the building. Trash and half eaten room service all over the hallways. Flat out dirty and gross. Employees were rude too. We ended up Leaving and again had to walk thur the vomit

Excellent staff Recently stayed 3 nights for a conference being held here. Bellhops were very friendly & helpful (especially Kenny) upon arrival & very friendly person checked us in & did this very efficiently. Rooms were nice & clean-nothing special but all I need is a place to sleep & get ready. House keeping staff so so nice-they were very friendly & singing quietly-they seemed happy & it was nice to see someone enjoying their life/job. We requested housekeeping each day & it was done no problem. Loved the proximity to the beach & the pool area was well kept with beautiful landscaping/flowers. While there may be a few chips of tile, it is minor & would not deter me from returning. Bartenders at the pool were super busy & very nice. Loved all the staff at the restaurant. I was most impressed with the staff in general-everyone was so so friendly & it was genuine. Would highly recommend this resort & would return.
