What’s the story on the 1 Star reviews complaints My family are coming down in two weeks and I’m just trying to find the fastest way to figure out how to find out if these 1 star reviews issues have been fixed and rectified? It’s hard to try to find a switch last minute if these issues will cause for a bad stay here, this is my family’s first vacation ever and we were looking forward to a good stay but roaches, hot tubs not working, that can and should be fixed rather quickly no? Noise I’m not as concerned about locks and doors not working properly impacting safety. Should I call to ask if these things have been rectified or cancel our trip because finding a hotel at this time, well I don’t have 4 grand for that.

Family Vacation We had a great time.Rooms was clean very good.Our Assistant was amazing no matter when I text ask something there was a knock within minutes. Breakfast every morning was always delicious Kudos to the cook .Ms.Barbara Collins was beyond amazing.I look forward to seeing her the morning she was there.She always has such a easy calming spirit .She greeted everyone that came in .Her singing made it a great experience.Great location and very family friendly.I will recommend this hotel to family and friends.

✨DEBORAH✨ Deborah was outstanding. She had a smile on her face every single morning and was the sweetest, most helpful woman. Regina was also very helpful during check in. We had a great time during our stay. It was a great atmosphere for both the adults and the children.

Janeen the bartender is a queen and a scholar! We moved staying at the Monterey Bay! The highlights for us were the hot tubs and the Surf Shake, specifically Janeen makes the best cocktails and is such a welcoming and wonderful energy. She brought our vacation to a whole new level!! Looking forward to coming back

Surf Shack We had a great experience as always. This will be our go to for Myrtle Beach Vactions. Janeen Farman did a great job at the Surf Shack while we were on vacation. Very nice and professional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry made me have 200 characters lol
