Tiki Bar Service Absolutely amazing service from Allie at the Tiki Bar! She always makes me the most delicious drinks! Great service and a great person!!

Condo was nice in North Towers by private owner. Very small bathroom and entry is directly into the bedroom. Nice view from balcony. Outside was not great! This is a Party place , Pool was packed with people holding drinks, you could not swim if you tried. Large groups of teens hanging out in indoor pools and hot tubs all the time. Beach front was packed. If you rent an umbrella you will be sitting next to someone within arms reach. The umbrellas overlap each other, they are jammed in there by the beach service which is $50 a day. We go to enjoy the beach but I didn't want to look like I was married to the man next to me. Coffee shop was closed at 11 am cause no workers there. Tiki bar was good. Parking was great! Guards were nice. I would not recommend this place based on beach and pool experience which is why you go to the beach.

Nice place. I would recommend The grounds are well kept. I stayed in North Tower. I am a repeat customer so I think the value is good. There are some improvements to be made in room 506 but I love the location the food is average. The beds are really comfortable and you constantly see employees keeping the areaa clean. I do recommend this place. It is not within walking distance of restaurants. I had a wonderful vacation there. You will love the pools and being right on the beach.

Can’t wait to come back Upon arrival check in was chaotic, there was quite a few checking in. That was expected this time of year. Kevin was very helpful with check in. I was very impressed with our room. It was nice, clean and cozy. The view was spectacular. I really enjoyed the peaceful time I had sitting on my balcony, enjoying the ocean view, watching the kids play at the pool, just sitting in the sun was so refreshing. Breakfast was also delicious. Marvin made my husband and myself the best waffles we have ever had, and Neta gave us the best service possible. Breakfast was very busy, but the staff seemed to be doing a great job. I was very taken back when Neta made me aware the staff does not get their credit card tips. I have worked in the food industry my entire life, and never heard of this. Other than that, everything was perfect in the restaurant. The Dj at the pool makes it such a fun time. He was only there a couple of days, we wished he was there every day. His music selection is great. That was such a fun vibe. The only negative thing I can say is my experience at the Tiki Bar was not pleasurable. While I was in line on Monday (7/14 ). I witnessed the Bartender making a young girl cry(by yelling at her) and the other Bartender dropping the F bomb several times. I understand this is a bar, however I thought this was a family establishment & the bar should be kid friendly. I started to take a star away because of this, but I was not going to let a 10 minute interaction ruin such a great vacation. Overall, I can say we had such an amazing time. We will definitely be back for sure.

Awesome vacation stay It’s a great vacation resort with a great location! You won’t be disappointed. It’s in a great central location with stores in walking distance.
