The Breakers Resort (PARENT ACCOUNT)

Beware of this not a place for children at all! Paradise Building, Security is a complete joke You don’t have to have a key or anything to walk in the hotel, pool, parking garage. Looks like a nice location but looks can and are deceiving. Upon check in wasn’t told about the second floor being reserved for motorcycles. I found out about the no parking on the second floor after I had parked and got on the elevator and had to load everything back up and move up to another level. Night one we had the neighbors watching the hangover one on side Night 2 on the other side a country concert “don’t get me wrong I like benson boon as much as the next person but a guy can only hear PLEASE DONT TAKE I WANT YOU I NEED YOU O GOD O O OOOOOOOO PLEASE DONT TAKE Sadly neither night can be blamed on the neighbors being rude or loud it’s just how thin the walls are. In the bedroom you hear every person that walks by in the hall every door that shuts slams. The kid slides was never opened. The location was great next time will be staying at the spring hill suites and courtyard building. Yes it is almost double per night but as the saying goes you get what you pay for. Side note this location doesn’t have service elevators spent a lot time going up or down with trash and laundry carts One elevator is stuck on the 18th floor all day Our last night before check out the neighbors we’re getting “busy” and watching beetle juice after midnight. The other neighbors had music going again. The cockroaches are massive by the pool especially if you happen to go down in the evening there everywhere. The tv situation is a mess with a lot of channels not working or only sound no picture. Internet is a joke

Best resort on the strip Me and my family had a amazing time with even better service! Didn't have the best experience in south caroline but James willy and Allison made sure that changed exsoon as we walked in, they treated us like family and the food was fantastic an consistent! Allison is a key component to the foundation i realized she is truly one in a million and that smile brightened our stay... Service like none other did not want for anything. P.s thanks for the bathrooms being so clean my daughter would of turned around lol with that being said Thank yall for the hospitality. We look forward to our next season *The cartagena family*

Everything was Excellent! I was very pleased with my stay! Ivy, was on top of the game even before we reached the hotel. I really appreciate you and the service we received. Everyone I came encounter with was so nice and polite! You and your team are awesome and promptly serving your guest! The rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast was fantastic also!__

Relaxing & Fun The renovated rooms are beautiful. The view was heavenly! This time of year, very peaceful. It was my first stay and my husband and I were very pleased with our stay. We just wish we got the King room vs the double. Lots to eat nearby, our concierge gave great suggestions. We certainly will be back.

Great family fun Thank you Breakers resort staff for a delightful, family fun and relaxing stay. Every staff member we interacted with was professional and extremely helpful - from the moment we checked in until our departure. Our grandkids (and the adults too) enjoyed the variety of pools and hot tubs. Beach access was easy. We rented 3 different rooms and each was well appointed, clean, and featured up to date furnishings. Excellent job. We will definitely return and are happy to highly recommend this resort.
