Totally unprofessional and horrible customer service. Absolutely the worst place we have ever stayed at. We were charged twice for our dogs. The first charge included the dog fee but when we got to the hotel I was told we were not charged for the dogs and had to pay again. When we got home I checked and sure enough we were charged twice. When I called to speak to the manager, I had to call 4 times before someone would speak with me. Then when I finaly got someone to speak to me, I was told the reason for the additional charge was becasue there was blood on a towel. The receipt says Pet Charge $40. We stayed 1 night from 9PM - 8:30 AM. There was no way we soiled a towel and now they are telling me they will send us pictures to prove the towels were from our room. For this they have time to talk to me, but not for a legitimate reason of overcharging on their part. To add to this, the plumbing from the room upstairs was making noise, and the renovation on the room across the hall from us started very early in the morning.

Amazing Hotel ! The Rodeway Inn Nampa provided a great stay excellent staff really enjoyed the newly renovated rooms. The property has had a major turn around with great new management everything have been revamped. We loved every part going back to Nampa in July this is the place I will be staying.

Not as advertised No breakfast as stated. Hardly any staff or even guests. Not a clue how they stay in business but it isn’t from booking rooms. Smells of smoke. Not one professionally dressed or looking staff at the front desk. Not worth the amount they think it is. I bet it’s the same owner as the nightmare motel next to it.

Worst Hotel ever. This place is a Dump. Dirty, no cleaning of the Rooms at all, they are too Busy to make up a room. A deranged person walks up and down the Hallway screaming at nothing. Not safe here, Scary. Do not stay here, sleep in your car first.

Worst hotel ever and they will charge you extra after your departure I'd give less than a 1-star review if it was possible. They charge extras to your credit card after you leave so keep checking they tried to keep billing me more charges up to 2 weeks later. There was a person in the lobby as we were checking out having a huge fit about additional charge. Which is what made me keep an eye on my cc bill and sure enough. I asked for information on the charges (they stated they had pictures) they never could provide. Must have caller Id too because they don't answer any of my calls no matter what time of the day or night, I call them. I'm up to 27 attempts. It must be how they are getting by since there are independently owned. Go to a different place, the drive is cheaper. Just an FYI to make a complaint you have to call the manger/owner from 11pm to 7am. I'm sure there use to ppl just giving up.
