TERRIBLE!!! 0.0 rating, hotel staff unable to communicate in English. Staff refused to provide copies of registration forms. No telephones in rooms and guests are NOT permitted to use front desk phone. Dog kennels are more accommodating. Refused refund when room first viewed. Experian telephone staff lied about room availability. Was told of price increase based on last room available. Desk clerk offered six different rooms.

Ghetto Not clean, staff was very rude, accused of many things while checking out, all around not a clean environment. There was hair everywhere and they clearly do not wash the bedding very well if at all. Stains all over the place. Will not be coming again

DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN OR FAMILY! Not a kid or family friend place!! Owner clearly DOES NOT like children. ZERO amenities! NO vending machines( well, they have them they are just empty!), not sure why it mentions karaoke? Maybe, all the bums on drugs singing and talking to themselves. NO SAUNA, SPA, POOL, ect. Claims to be under construction but if you look it’s said that for the last several years. I guess the WIFI is free except it IS NOT A SECURE NETWORK and a liability claim will pop-up warning you that the owner/manager, ect. will not be held accountable for personal information (they) are able to obtain. EXTREMELY ALARMING! The washer and dryer were clearly bought severally used and takes several times to wash one load probably on purpose so you spend more money. The smell in the hallways is a mix between pee and cigarette smoke. Light fixtures in room hanging by the wires, no curtains, no peep-hole just stuffed tissue paper. But you’ll be told you children can not play outside and their toys will be thrown away because they are making a mess outside. Never-mind the roaches, nats or fruit flies, or mold that has probably been painted over for years. For asking for such a large deposit it is unclear as to what anyone’s deposits have ever gone towards. You’ll be lucky to get the $100 back but even half is not worth the shape the room was in BEFORE we even walked in. Not sure how they are even conducting any kind of business when the office is always locked and no one is ever available. Must be making money in some other way. It’s a shame Nampa has no dignity for its city to allow a business to use its name and represent its town hopefully the rest of Nampa and Idaho are even the slightest bit better ANYTHING would be a HUGE upgrade from this place. There must not be any laws regulating hotels in Idaho I wouldn’t imagine they would pass any sort of inspection if there were. The owner/management should be embarrassed having their name associated with such a dump and not doing anything about it. I would hide behind COVID masks and in the back office too so no one knew I was running such a disgusting establishment making my employees take responsibility.

Competing with the roaches and filth I have traveled around the world and slept in a lot of third world guest houses and cheap hotels. Nampa Inn & Suites is, by far, the worst of them all. I will list my grievances by the order I encountered them beginning my two night stay. First, I had to pay a $100 cash security deposit but there was nothing in the room worthy of any sort of security deposit. Second as I walked down the hall to the room I kept tripping over missing and damaged floor tiles. I had stayed in this building when it was a Shilo in ten years ago and it was bad then. This time it was worse than I remember. 1. Our room was filthy, there were hair slivers in the sink. 2. The shower soap holders had mounds of caked on soap. 3. The room stank of something sour. 4. The AC worked only intermittently and kept waking us during the night. 5. After the first night they did not clean the room and did not give us fresh towels. When I asked about that they said it had to be requested at an extra charge. 6. The staff were far less than kind or friendly. They seemed most interested in their own personal conversations with one another than with serving clients. Whomever Melodys.X is over on the right side, who said that things had improved, I would hate to have seen what she first experienced because what we experienced was more than a nightmare. I blame myself because I picked the cheapest hotel from the list and I was reminded that $120 per night does not buy much at this hotel. You would be better off sleeping in your car in the park than staying in this place. If you are thinking about making reservations, don't! There are much much nicer places that also are cost effective in Nampa.
