Disappointed They never cleaned our room the first day. They eliminated breakfast. The new cafe has no choices. Everything bagels are the only choice. The bar now has no privacy. They did not open the outdoor pool two days. The staff was not helpful in suggesting anywhere to go on the island. I was so disappointed. The Inn is actually worse after the remodel. Who eliminates breakfast for a high priced terrible cafe. I was so disappointed. I will never ever stay there again.

Nice place to stay I must say that the staff here is very friendly and very nice. The women that work here are extremely beautiful. The bedroom was nice. The beds were comfortable. They could work on the beds. We really enjoyed our stay here. I guess the only negative I could say about this, which is rather silly I guess but I’m a coffee snob coffee in there. LOBBY taste like trucker coffee possibly looks like motor oil. It is the strongest most nasty coffee I’ve ever drank in my life so I do not recommend you trying it that we had a great time.

Fisher is a great bartender! This is a beautiful hotel to stay at, and the bartender, Fisher, is amazing! He took great care of my family and offered helpful knowledge about the Island to us.
The hotel shuttle was always on time and made getting around the island without a car easy.

Great pool and gym & a short jeep ride to everywhere! We won a weekend away at the Nantucket Inn and had such a great time. The indoor pool is great and so is the gym! They’re currently undergoing (much needed) renovations and it looks just beautiful! Thank you to @capeology and The Nantucket Inn!

Pretty place to stay at. Very nice and walking distance to the airport. I came for business and pleasure, but the pool was closed for maintenance. I suggest to call them before coming if you are planning to use the pool. I still liked it, very clean. Great place to relax and feel you are away from everything.
