Chablis Inn Napa Valley

A weekend in Napa Valley We stayed at the Chablis Inn in Napa Valley for two nights in July 2024, and it was a delightful experience! This lovely, well-decorated hotel has a charming, modern style that I believe has been recently remodeled. Attention to detail is evident in every corner of the property. One of my favorite features was the vanity desk and mirrors—perfect for getting ready in the morning. The lighting with a dimmer option is fantastic, allowing for just the right ambiance. Everything about the room was great and made for a very comfortable stay. However, there were a couple of downsides. The shades don't entirely block out all the light, so if you're sensitive to light while sleeping, remember to bring your eye masks. Also, it got a bit loud during our stay, with neighbors talking and drinking outside our door. Despite these minor inconveniences, the hotel is lovely and well-located in the beautiful Napa Valley. Overall, it was a great experience and well-located. I would recommend it!

Cute, good location for Napa Valley My mom and I took an early mother’s day trip to Napa and stayed at the Chablis Inn. We arrived between tastings, and were able to check in early so my car could be safely parked. The location was relatively nearby to all of our experiences (~10 min uber rides). Our room was very clean and recently updated with a girls trip in mind - a nice vanity, makeup wipes in the bathroom, and a fun light aesthetic. The one problem we encountered was that we could hear the sound from the road and from other people arriving back to their rooms. Overall, would recommend !

Pleasantly surprised Read the reviews and gave this place a shot And I’m glad I did. I made the reservation over the phone and received a great rate and simple process. I arrived after the office was close and they supplied me with a code for a small lock box outside the office that had my key inside The room was beautiful. Fully renovated and modern. I would stay here again in the future and I have to give a huge shout to Elizabeth who’s customer service was amazing

Worst motel experience in over 50+ years of travel. The facilities were adequate for the price. Nice hot tub and pool . The problem occurred when an overly drunk couple next door began screaming at each other for over two hours. When I finally called the night manager her response was that she “didn’t know what to do “. When I suggested she call the police she responded as if this had never occurred to her. We lost over four hours of sleep listening to this dysfunctional couple scream at one another while the motel manager did nothing! When I spoke to the owner the next morning he had clearly been hammered by other dissatisfied guests and ignored my comments and did not offer even a hint of an apology. Will never stay there again although we visit Napa regularly. We suggest you think carefully before visiting this clearly dysfunctional motel.

Good, but still some potential for improvement Basically, this is a nice place, with nicely renovated rooms. The rooms appeared very up-to-date and fancy in many areas. With a few exceptions: outdated appliances and a microwave that didn't work, but this will surely be fixed. In addition, there were large gaps between the outer door and the floor, something if not quite ideal. Another aspect that Chablis Inn needs to work on a little further is the cleaning itself. The rooms may seem clean and nice, but the floors are very dirty. A little extra effort with the floor cleaning and this will surely be fine. The staff, at least those we encountered, appeared to be pleasant and accommodating. The only thing I reacted to was that for some reason I had to pay 10 dollars extra, i.e., 10 dollars in addition to the sum I was shown via my relevant booking page. I asked what this amount was for but feel that I did not get a particularly good explanation as to why I had to pay an extra 10 dollars. But anyway, 10 dollars is just 10 dollars and no big deal. All in all, my impression is that the Chablis Inn seemed like a well-run place.
