I recommend staying at Red Roof My hotel stay was excellent. Special thank you to Erica, Betty, Myra, Jonathan, Marcus, Adam and James who are super friendly and always helpful. The rooms are very nice and clean. The hotel is conveniently located to I 88. I also love that you can walk to Starbucks and Panera Bread.

Patient front desk .............. The moment I arrived for check in everyone was very friendly and helpful. I had issues with finding my email for my reservation. The front desk clerk was patient and very helpful as well. I would highly recommend for staying there. Not to mention its a Starbucks and Panera in walking distance too.

DO NOT STAY GROSS! **update now they want me to prove we didn't stay there- i will be providing my I pass records that we drove home to Wisconsin. She sure didn't deny how disgusting her hotel i mean MOTEL was. GROSS! As a women traveling alone with her son we booked a room here for a hockey tournament. Pictures were nice. Got there and was charged $60 more then my Expedia agreement. The parking lots full of abandoned cars, vans and truck. People outside smoking weed, dirty ground, hotel cleaning staff was rude and shoving cleaning supplies and blankets in their cars . The first room smelled so bad like wet dog I almost puked. Second room was better but stained sheets and smelt like mold with clear water damage to the tile floor. The biggest complaint was the feeling of being unsafe. The parking lot, the location, and the over all feeling was very scary. Lots of foot traffic and people sitting in cars. It appears people live at this hotel and is more of a motel. I would not recommend this to anyone. My son was scared and begged me to leave. We would have been returning to our room at 10 pm after hockey and we decided to drive two hours home instead. Expedia and red roof in declined my request for a refund. I would absolutely not stay there ever and I will never ever use Expedia again. They promised me a location change and then changed their mind and said it didn't fit the criteria. It was absolutely disgusting and scary. Do not go here!

Definitely not a "Plus" Okay, start with the positive. The bed was comfortable. The wi-fi worked. The room was clean. However. The room was very tiny; there was barely enough room for the bed and the desk. There's no in-room coffee. There's no in-room fridge. There's no channel guide for the television. Half the channels on the television were unavailable due to "scrambled or weak signal." The TV remote barely worked. There was one thing the room did have: a guy sitting in his truck outside my room blasting music until four in the morning. Other guests also congregated outside, having loud conversations until that hour. Oh, and all guests must pay a $50 damage deposit upon check-in. What's with that?

The guest services and housekeeping was terrific . The guest services and housekeeping was terrific . I was surprised to learn that my dog was except as well. The staff gave great advice and tips about places to shop and eat. I would definitely recommend this hotel location and I will definitely stay again at this location.
