A true Gem in Naples FL The absolute best Hotel in Naples. The location is perfect, the staff is amazing, and the renovated rooms are top notch. The property is beautiful, with two pools, and coy ponds all over the place. The room was immaculate upon arrival, and every time I got service they made sure it was truly clean and refreshed. A true shout out to the staff for making the stay so memorable. You can tell they care about their jobs and the guests who stay with them. I highly recommend this Hotel!

aggressive front desk, the manager super rude. I don't remember the name of the girl who served us at the front when we arrived, she had a Cuban accent, she was super rude, she had rooms available because of the time we arrived, I have a lot of knowledge in hotels, she should not receive guests, I asked to speak with the manager and he was ruder than her, I could not maintain a dialogue, I didn't understand how he had that position, we arrived at the room and the sheets were full of hair, the floor super dirty, you couldn't walk without shoes, the cable never worked, we called and they arrived at 12 midnight hours later, it was a super bad experience, the only good thing was the breakfast.

Last chance saloon Poor review last year and nothing changed. GM said pool was heated. It is not. It's too cold to go in. Breakfast is hit and miss and poor. Now you don't get room service unless you put a sign out. Will not stay here again. They are living of their previous great days. There iare better around for roughly the same money and a heated pool. BTW the ladies on reception are exemplary and try their best.

Needs a lot of work Nope, no never again. The place needs a good overhaul , sink and doors don’t work properly, beds need replaced, super outdated and rough around the edges. Dusty and sticky. Management unavailable to find another room but hearing from others most rooms similar needing alot of work. TIP: plan ahead, spend a little more $ and stay somewhere better

After several nice stays we have seen the quality go down. Will not be back The room was not clean. We got a two bedroom apartment. It was dusty and smelled like somebody had been vaping in the room for days. Not enough silverware. Plus paint was worn. Everything looks tired. Time for an upgrade. If you go to the pool plan on loud music from other guests who don’t care. Staff does nothing. You only see them when it’s time to close the pool. We had to leave the pool due to all of the loud music and drinking. Plus loud people. My daughter described it as ghetto. So stay away until they get their act together.
