Charter Club of Naples Bay by Diamond Resorts

Lovely place! We absolutely loved our stay at CCR. The rooms are newly remodeled and the pictures here do not do them justice. It was gorgeous. The carpet smelled new when I walked in the door. They are currently remodeling the second half of the units. The view of the bay is wonderful, it’s fun to watch the boats go in and out of the boat dock. The staff was excellent, and the amenities are great. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Naples is a nice place to relax, not a lot for families to do, but we really enjoyed our stay here. The beaches are awesome!

Charter Club of Naples The staff at this hotel is just wonderful. The place is well kept and it is just wonderful. It is 10 minute walk from some awesome beaches. I fully recommend it.

Beautiful location and resort The front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive during business hours. The room was clean, had a washer dryer in the unit, extremely comfortable beds, loved the view of the bay (Gordan River area), had a full-length mirror, had an extra sink bar area (as this gives the person sleeping on the pull out couch of the 2 bedroom an extra sink get ready area as there is a mirror in the bar area), an extra door to block washing machine dryer noise from the main living area, has a fully stocked kitchen to make meals in, has extra disposable amenities like shampoo laundry&dish detergent, lotion, paper towels, etc. if needed, a large screened in porch area, tvs in all the rooms, decent size bathrooms and bedrooms. The staff also took into consideration a request for location of the room & was able to accommodate. With all that being said, the stay was great! A few suggestions on the wish list: more hooks in each bathroom for hanging towels, a pull out clothesline in the shower (like on cruise ships) for hanging swimsuits, etc.) extra towel availability (the limit was 6 bath towels and 6 beach towels - we were there a week, family of 5 - we did A LOT of laundry - which was great having the laundry, but having a set of towels in between dirty loads would be great, a fan in main living area as the air conditioner was not supposed to be set under 72 or it could freeze up, the ice maker was EXTREMELY slow so having an ice machine on site, wish the office area had longer hours (the after hours check-in was not bad, but it is nice to have access to hotel staff for longer hours in case of any needs for questions, extra amenities if needed) All in all-a great stay!

Excellent location to relax We really enjoyed our stay at the Charter Club despite the ongoing construction. They are currently renovating all of the units (a building at a time) and we stayed in one of the renovated 2-bedroom condos. The soundproofing was excellent, so we didn't hear the airplanes (the resort in the airport flight path) or the construction unless we were on the screened-in lanai. The living room furniture could have been a bit more comfy (for my taste) but the beds were excellent and the pillows were the best I've encountered outside of my own. BUT there are no elevators, so be prepared to climb stairs. I also wouldn't necessarily count on parking during high season, but since we were there in summer, we always found a spot. From the resort it's easy to get into and around Naples, to the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc.

Birthday weekend The units at the end don’t have a nice view . I’ve stayed here before, and it was an amazing view to the bay.
