I’d love to see Kathy or Paris Hilton stay at this property for 2 nights! Just sad property. No pride in this hotel I’ve stayed at small family owned places with more pride in keeping things clean. Flooring was so dirty and gross..pool was dirty! Basically everything was lacking. I don’t recommend this place…pass it by!

Worst Hilton experience We came to Naples in February of the same year. We decided to stay at a different Hilton hotel that offered free breakfast and a pool. This time we opted to give our children a more upscale and rustic experience. The picture showed an immaculate hotel with beautiful Italian architecture. They gave us a feeling of importance. I called the hotel the day before we arrived. I called the hotel when we were 10 minutes away. We showed up and walked into our room to find pretzels on the floor and Only one bathroom towel for our reservation of four guests. We got a room with a balcony that goes to the pool. We’re very excited to go for a swim when we arrived, but when I went outside the pool look like it hasn’t been cleaned in over a week. We have never stayed at a tapestry collection, Hilton Hotel, but the organization has to do more with these hotels. Customers will come here for the Hilton name but this is disgusting. I am extremely disappointed with the amount of money this hotel goes for per night and the service provided. Food on the floor. Disgusting pool that is literally not able to go swimming in. Being a Hilton member and recommending others to join the brand, I am embarrassed of this hotel.

Convenient Location but Dated Older Hotel Location is ok and staff is nice. I echo the others, it is an older dated hotel with a tiny pool and tiny balconies. Our room was a good size, but just so dated and dark. I was shocked by the lack of USB ports and plug ins that made sense. I appreciated the mini fridge. For the same price you can stay next door at a full service Hilton and get all of the ammenities.

Older Property with a Makeover Decided to stay at this hotel simply because we had never stayed in a Tapestry hotel before. For the most part, the room was fine. Definately found it quite a bit smaller and somewhat dated. There have been renovations to the hotel, but it still presents as an older property with make-up on. Don't set your sites too high and you won't be disappointed.

Back again We've been staying a couple of weeks for several years at Inn of Naples. The property is a bit dated but as when actually buying a vacation property-location is the primary driver. The Inn is a mile(5 minutes) from the Gulf and has several restaurants within a half a mile. The facility itself is very adequate with clean rooms, decent beds and friendly staff. As for prices-it's Naples in February. Hope to be back.
