20th Anniversary Disappointment recovered by Fatima Hello All!! We had to postpone our 20th Anniversary Trip due to COVID so I anxiously awaited our trip to this hotel, right on the Gulf. The day before arriving I read dougw356's review and was horrified. I called right away and I was assured that the Hotel was at 50% capacity so if I didn't like my room I could choose another if I wasn't satisfied. I held my breath and we went forward. Fatima, the Sales Manager was assigned to help us upon arrival. She honestly went way out of her way to show us the room we booked (through Booking.com - never again) and it was a nightmare. In fact, dougw356 was kind in his review. They attempted to put us in the Penthouse Tower but we would have to wait 3 hours. Tired from traveling from California we asked for help...please...find us a room. Fatima did at no additional costs. She recovered what would have been a disappointing 20th anniversary trip. The truth is that families have been coming here for years, on Sunday nights attractive single senior men/widows hit the Sunset Bar for drinks and dancing with guests. I understand that the Sunset Bar is noted for its Sunday night parties. They have music almost daily from happy hour on and you can't get a better Sunset on the Gulf. Naples itself was wonderful too. I advise to always bring your Clorox II -- staffing and cleaning are on the downside because the property is being completely torn down and renovated in May 2021. Hey Management and new Owners -- Fatima is a keeper!!!!

Yuck Hotel is closing down in June. Clearly they are letting it deteriorate until then. Rooms were horribly dated and dirty. Most items in the room were broken, no wifi service even though they said it was present. Cleaning staff left room half cleaned every day. Can't believe I paid over $750 per night for a hotel no better than a roadside motel.

Professional and personable staff! Great stay in Naples! We have been staying in Naples as a family during the month of January and made several stops at The Naples Beach Hotel for drinks, meals and as a pit stop for a snack for my two children on walks. Each time we were greeted by Dellon at the door, who made us feel right at home. He couldn't have been more professional and kind to my family, even taking the time to entertain my 3 year old while I was feeding my baby. There are some places that go above with hospitality and this resort, and Dellon, does just that!
