Decent Stay The embassy suites Nashville airport is located close to to the Nashville airport and offers a free shuttle. Check in was smooth and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good with plenty of selections. The rooms it self was clean however there were a few issues with the rooms. One of the lamps next to The bed did not work at all. In the bathroom the ceiling was in dire need of repair. The shower curtain was loose and needed some adjustment. Shower had good water temperature. If you’re looking for places to eat you will need to take a taxi or uber as there are no restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. Hotel is located back behind a business park. Bed was comfortable, pillows were a little on the flat side.

Charged for overnight parking and I did not have a car. I made the mistake of not getting the receipt printed. After viewing the receipt online, I discovered a charge for overnight parking even though I took their shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Additionally, I was charged state tax twice for a one night stay.

Great if you don’t plan to interact with staff. We just stopped in for a single night on our way through. While the room was spacious and comfortable and the made to order omelets, delicious- we witnessed the worst customer service. One door wasn’t worked to exit the building. No sign. The front desk wouldn’t say anything, just snicker when someone tried to use it. We went to the bar to grab a drink after we arrived. The hostess was decorating a tree and looked at us, never acknowledging us. At breakfast the hostess did not point people in the right direction or even acknowledge a customer when everyone was asking where the plates were when first opened. I’m glad we didn’t actually need help with anything. It was not a great atmosphere and clearly not a great culture to work in. Our bathroom was also moldy in both the shower and sink. We also found a ton a sequins in the pull out bed. Clearly not cleaned well.

Very Disappointing I was placed in a room above the mechanical system and buzzing and vibration all night. Requested a room change and the incompetent staff could not figure out how to do this. Plus they were not helpful with getting the reservation connected to my app. The room has a hole in the wall where the lamp should be plugged in and the switch for the lights do not work which means you walk into a dark room until you get to the lamp on the desk. No clock because the electric wall outlet is not there just a hole. I travel a lot a usually stay at Hilton properties but I have to say they have really gone down hill. They customer service is also not as helpful as it once was. Very hard to understand and only know how to read a script. Needless to say, this experience has me rethinking my loyalty to Hilton Properties.

Worst Customer Service Worst Hilton experience ever. We paid for park & stay package for a trip. Room was dated but hotel itself was ok. Service was worst I’ve ever had at a Hilton. My family waited for a shuttle at airport for more than 2 hours and after attempting to reach by phone for 2 hours (8 calls with no pickup) and finally took a taxi to hotel. We waited for manager about 15 minutes and they wouldn’t comp parking or taxi. I observed the shuttle driver sitting (at least 45 minutes) entire time I was there even though shuttles run 30 minutes. If this is how they treat diamond members avoid like the plague!!!!
