Do not spend your money here! Pictures do not match the room we were given. We walked in and the furniture is banged up and the room smelled like smoke even though it is non-smoking. We sat on the bed and noticed a bed bug on one of the pillows. We took a picture and got out of there! Do not stay here!!

Worst ever! Bed bugs, reeked of smoke! We left. Run far away Bed bugs, homeless people, smelled of smoke, dirty sheets, rundown furniture and a locked lobby. I would rate a zero if I could. The company pictures are not the property. We had to use an old desk phone propped outside to call management . Worst hotel ever.

Below fair quality room The check in process was standard. The clerk was pleasant. There is a working elevator to the second and third floors, this is a plus since we were on the second floor. The room was really dated, old carpet with many stains, old appliances (the fridge had rust and stains) old sink and tub with missing parts, but in working order. The room had a very strong smell of smoke even though the room was supposed to be a smoke free room. We contacted the front desk and they stated it was due to the AC pulling in outdoor air, not so sure I believe that one, no concession was offered. I would not stay here again without an update to the rooms.

Save yourself trouble We are a construction company and our rooms went 18 days without being CLEANED or even checked. COVID was used as reason but this is NOT a standard anywhere else we have stayed in last 6-8 months .I asked for weekly clean and for 10.00 day extra they would clean weekly. Problems between my superintendent and the GM escalated over cleaning and things wrong in the rooms that were not taken care of .Crew came in at 6pm Monday and management went to his room and told him to leave or be escorted off by police. I had spoken with the Extended Stay Sales at 2pm that day and nothing was mentioned about wanting the crew to move out. I had 11 guys with NO where to sleep. I asked the district manager who was there at time to let them stay til morning and I would gladly move them but he refused. If you are construction beware is all that can say. From a business perspective not very professional there. Save your self some hassle and go somewhere else.

Customer service . They are very nice and work very well with you . They make sure that you have everything you need . I just love the manager there . She is so nice and pretty . She really helps you figure out with your room and any other needs you have. We have been here for a month && it has been lovely . I love it here
