Fantastic hotel for arriving straight off a late night flight! Perfect hotel for arriving off a late flight into Nashville. Located just outside the main doors into / out of the airport and next to the hire car companies. Very modern and clean, with lovely restaurant and bar on ground floor and fantastic rooftop pool with views across the airport. Staff very very friendly and made our stay stress-free with two young children.

Old hotel with few positives This place is a bit of a dump. It's hot and humid here and the hallways don't have air conditioning so they are super steamy. The hallways show their wear. The air conditioning in the room is so incredibly loud - loudest I've ever heard in a hotel. I'm on the top floor and I think they have the air units on the roof as it sounds like a helicopter landing on the hotel. The tv keeps losing a signal and the channel goes out. Half the outlets in the room don't work. The "restaurant" is a sad excuse for a restaurant and there is nothing in the area. They do have a Peloton in the fitness center! Although it can't connect to the internet so you can only ride it like a plain old exercise bike. Oh and they charge $7 for a regular bottle of Dasani water so they really love to rip off their guests (one you'd pay $1.29 for in a gas station). On the plus side, the staff have been very friendly.

Bad management There was a manager sitting at the bar a couple of Saturdays ago talking about his boss and speaking very lewdly about women and like a divorce or something. It was extremely unprofessional and I thought it was someone staying at the hotel at first! Red headed manager (they kept talking about firing people), name started with a "J" I think (can't remember specifics). If this is a leader at your establishment, then I know why it's getting bad reviews for a brand new hotel!

Service very good! I was very impressed with the check-in experience. We didn't like the original room we were given because of the view. Taniquia at the desk said no problem and moved us to the otherside of the hotel which was much better for our 4 night stay. The food was actually very good, not expecting much from the bar and bar service was also very good!

Hotel is Nice ,Staff is Not Arrived at check-out lady behind the desk was having a conversation with some other employees took her several minutes to acknowledge me and waved me over. When we arrived the gate to the parking lot was up & I asked what was going on with the parking, I was told it was broken & parking was free because of that. I told her that I pre-paid my parking she didn't seem to care and continued to speak with the other employees as she checked us in. I asked if she could do anything about the extra charge and she replied that we booked a deluxe room & it was included, I showed her my receipt that showed the parking charge, I asked several times if we could get a refund or credit, she finally agreed to give me a $20 credit for breakfast, rolling her eyes etc. The restaurant offers buffet or al la carte breakfast from a menu, we were not offered a menu to order from just told there is the breakfast the waiter pointed and walked away. He came back I ordered coffee, not on the buffet, I asked for "real" milk and was told there it is, again waiter pointing at the coffee mate on the table, I had to take a carton of milk from the buffet. The waiter never came back to offer more coffee or see how we were doing, I had to hunt him down for some more coffee he was in a corner of the restaurant speaking with another employee. Service was horrible form the moment we arrived, still trying to figure out what a Deluxe room is since the room we had was just a regular nice hotel room, clean & comfy,
