Strange place in the name of an inn For 75 USD a night, you get a room that has cockroaches and a lot of druggies. I landed there late night after the cab missing a turn from the airport. The breakfast is crap! They don't even offer drinking water, the woman at the reception told me to get water from the fountain. As a foreigner and a woman, I didn't feel safe at all!

Visiting friends only (1st&Last) Time I park a little close to a car that'd already damaged and a lady comes out screaming starting to fight with me!! I didn't damage her car but she was tripping I guess me(white girl) can't drive ha the place is trashy drugs running in an out HOT!!! for sure!!! Prostitutes Roaming around that don't look like they are so Be safe dudes some may look fine but inside that cat you'd be surprised!! Staff is rude and clueless or just don't care who knows all I know is this place is complete trash I will not ever come back to visit!!! And I would never stay!!! Its,not worth the money my friends paid monthly!!! Over priced for something That's so Cheap

disgusting disgusting disgusting I thought when the front desk lady (who was from India and had horrible English) was kidding when she said room was $55.00 but had to charge me $20 for the 2 dogs. So I go to the room, and there was no comforter/blanket on bed. just sheet. I told desk lady and she said the new room was a 'real nice room". The a/c didn't work, extremely hot, and there was a huge hole in the wall. the carpet was 'black' but that was from dirt! The smell in room was horrific. This hotel should not be able to be in business - the health dept needs to shut it down. I went to desk and informed them I wasn't staying here and to make sure to not charge me. But, lo and behold, my credit card was charged and no credit was issued. I told my bank to cancel the amount, and when I called hotel back, they said they had credited it. These folks have done this a lot. I have to now have the bank remove the charge, just a bunch of hassles. If you are in this area I would run like the wind to get away from it! no words can tell you how gross this place was. they should be ashamed!

DOH/BBB need to shut this hotel down. This hotel was the epitome of fricken awful. Slumdog millionaires off the crack heads, hookers, and drug dealers of Nashville and it's surrounding areas. 1. Screwed up my res (wrong type of room, and couldn't "find" res). 2. All rooms may as well be smoking because they smell TERRIBLE. 3. Drug activity. 4. RUDE staff, no sense of professionalism, no care for the paying customer. 5. Police are very familiar with the place. 6. Cockroaches. 7. Stingy with amenities. 8. 100% shady. 9. 200% of awful. 10. Doesn't even deserve a rating. 11. Priceline, Orbitz, all this party contracts should be dropped, they don't even deserve the marketing from your sites.

Not even coffee!!!! Called ahead to reserve since it was a holiday weekend. Foreign voice are hard to understand over the phone but I approved whatever she said. (I knew it would be higher because of Memorial Day.) Sign out front reads 'renovations' but parking lot is the same mess with trash and broken down vehicles in the area. Paid $20 more than I ever have before and I was solo. No coffee in the lobby around 1 PM. The room had been improved with paint, new furniture, frig, microwave and thicker towels. No water in the pool. I asked about breakfast and was told it was 6-9 AM. The next morning there was NOTHING due to the kitchen 'leak'. No refund was offered and no reduced 'coupon' for a return visit. We stayed there before because it was cheap, the location was good and the YMCA was in the neighborhood. The Y has closed; the 'services' available here for the price means this is a bad choice. Look elsewhere!
