Casino Player perspective review Players guide to the NOLA property...this property is awesome the casino is huge and beautiful...love the Baccarat pit...1st off even if u stay at the Harrah's tower it's still Caesars Palace yes u have to walk across the st to the casino big deal if u r a gambler u didn't pay for your room anyways, comp is very hard for an ask here...reason y they have zero real competition...there's no other casinos in or near the quarter or downtown...2 small Penn properties that when talking to locals sound like small smokehouse casinos...u want the splendor and culture of the city and the quarter this is the only place u can gamble...use your points and those seven star trips and diamond dinners but don't b mad at the hosts bc they do what they can for u...thx again Dana for everything u were amazing and I played 15000 tier points without being eligible for food comps so, if u understand gaming then realize food comps aren't likely here go win instead...if u loose a lot u get food comps...a lot here is so much more than other Caesar properties...it's unique that way but that is the only thing unusual about this property is the requirements for comp that is bad....if u want the Caesar tower on comp below 7 star u won't get it comped u will most likely b at the Harrah's tower...it's not that big of a deal...the food is great in the restaurants...Ruth Chris steakhouse omg sooooo good...super pricey but totally worth it (don't use points they dilute them)...property is 1 block from the port mall which is nice...the quarter is a small walk or as my kids suggested a $20 bike cab away which was fun for the experience and to see Nola alive at night...if u r diamond or above self park and valet service is free swipe your card g2g (tip for valet of course) they have fast room service it's expensive but it's available...I had a blast here with my kids ...we are off to back to back pels games the next 2 days as they extended me for a 5th night for comp in my online offers...my concierge txt me and helped me get the stay extended...anyways I hope some travelers and players will find this review helpful...I love Nola and this Caesars Palace is amazing...the ppl the staff everything so welcoming...we will b back next year and so on and for those who are too hung up on food comps...if u booked your stay here for comp then u did fine just pay or use points for food

Beautiful, not great for families. The all new hotel is quite beautiful. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. As someone who travels with my family quite frequently it’s not a great hotel for family travel with kids. The restaurants including the food court are inaccessible to your children. There also isn’t a pool. Otherwise the stay was good.

A waste of Money a They advertise they spent $435M on the project. However, they have major issues. Design flaw near Emrils and Nobu. The wind blows in from the outside and circulates throughout both restuarants. The coldness added to possibly the worst two dining meals I have had in awhile. Both restuarants are small. Nobu has a time constraint based on the size of your party. The Caesars Tower is not worth the extra money. First It looks like Atlantic City rooms. We requested tissues and body soap refill on 3 occassions. Finally the last night they brought us two rolls of toliet paper. This is tissues to them. We were informed the tissues had not been orderd. We were told by the host at Emrils there was no heat in the facility. We had our room set to 78 and it never got warm. The room did not contain a hair dryer and only had one bar of soap. I purchased coffee at the sundry shop near the elevators at the Caesars tower. About 30 minutes later as I was headed back to my room the bottom of the cup leaked all over me. I was burned but not badly. The attendant in the shop told me and my guest that " she told them the cups leak" Lawsuit waiting to happen. When you leave your room to go to the casino you need to show your license everytime. What a waste. Caesars you rushed your project, the room is only fair, the staff is barely friendly. A lot to fix in a short time.
