Peaceful It was a beautiful hotel the bellman Ernel was helpful and pleasant. I would stay again for sure. Clean rooms. Comfy bed, and beautiful suites. Best rest I have had in a hotel. I Always stay at a hilton anywhere I go. The Luxe restaurant was delicious

Nice place Very nice place in a very convenient location. Few minutes walk from all business and measure locations. Big rooms, very clean and great staff. I had a little issue with my room, but I was immediately moved into a new one. Road traffic noise if in the lower floors can be inconvenient.

Not worth it This place is locked up tighter than a bank vault. That’d be nice except for when you’re waiting in the rain with your expensive car running and no valet in sight. Not cool. The Doubletree gave us (were reward members) cold water, hot cookies, and local maps in bags. Hilton in a beautifully historic building in New Orleans gave us 2 bags with 2 bottles if room temp water only. The restaurant? No. We were sat. I used to be a server so I have the patience and grace of Job. After I watched our server do three laps of nothing without getting our order in the middle of a miserably loud restaurant… I was out. I’m not paying $20 for a salad, while getting a migraine, while begging for my server to notice me. We ate at the cafe across the street. It was lovely. The room was fine, nothing special. It was lovely to return from dinner with an extra blanket and pillows my husband had requested. What wasn’t lovely was lifting the toilet seat to find it….not thoroughly flushed. I’ll leave it at that. The bathroom is small. The entry and closet are huge. The stay was sufficient but if we come through town again for either work or family I’m sure we’ll try out something else.

Hilton doesn't disappoint! Very nice hotel. Hotel staff like the bellman, Ernel, and housekeeping were quick and attentive to requests. The rooms were spacious with large bathroom. Convenient location to all the major attractions like convention center and Bourbon Street. The biscuits and jelly at Luke is heaven sent.

Beautiful hotel Chris the Bellman was so fun and helpful. My husband loved chatting with him about where to go and what to eat. The room was clean and super quiet. The history of the hotel interesting and it’s been well maintained. Luke is an excellent restaurant located in the hotel. It’s walking distance to the quarter and Bourbon Street.
