Exceptional Service at The Westin New Orleans – Kay Deserves Recognition I had the absolute pleasure of staying at The Westin in New Orleans for business, and while the hotel itself lived up to the high standards I’ve come to expect from the brand, what truly made my experience exceptional was the service I received from Kay. From the moment I checked in, Kay went above and beyond to ensure every part of my stay was seamless and enjoyable. Not only did she welcome me with warmth and professionalism, but she also personally followed up with me during my entire stay to see if there was anything at all I needed, from room preferences and regular check ins. Her attention to detail, genuine care, and proactive hospitality elevated my entire experience. Kay is a shining example of what it means to deliver luxury-level service with heart especially when traveling for business. I sincerely hope her leadership team sees this because talent like hers deserves to be recognized. She didn’t just make my stay comfortable, she made it unforgettable. Thank you, Kay, for going the extra mile. You are truly a gem, and The Westin New Orleans is lucky to have you!

Samara was so amazing Greta customer service clean beautiful hotel. I just want to say Samara was so amazing the customer service was some of the best I have ever had eveything in the hotel is so clean and beautiful it’s a view of the water in the down stairs area 10/10! Great hospitality. Not a lost art I am a frequent traveler. I stay at the Westin in New Orleans 2-3 times a month. I am always treated well and I refer all of my colleagues to this hotel. On April 30th I was greeted with smiles and the warmest of welcomes from Kay and Viri. They made me feel like a truly valued guest.

Niwa, Viri, Ms. Dedra, Kay and Brenda… Customer Service Queens! Where do I even start???……The customer service was beyond TOP TIER! Niwa, Viri , Kay, Ms. Dedra and Brenda made my birthday trip EVERYTHING and MORE! And it was my first time in NOLA! These ladies are PHENOMENAL!! Initially they didn’t have the room I reserved with a view…but Niwa UPGRADED me with a beautiful view of Mississippi River (muddy but still worth the view) and great room….Viri came along and just added more value to my experience. They advised me of the $15 credit per day and how to use it which was GREAT! Then they gave me FREE passes to the trolley, a complimentary breakfast and drink pass…JUST for lil ole me and my birthday! They made me feel so special, elevating my stay to next level. Every time these ladies saw me in the lobby they spoke and asked how my outings were for the day and wished me a happy birthday! We met Ms. Dedra at breakfast, such a sweetheart! She accommodated my husband’s dietary needs without hesitation! She also told us where to go for genuine NO food (where the locals go)…and she did NOT disappoint! I asked Ms. Dedra to said it for me, in the only way NOLA natives can, “Okay Baebee!” That made my day!! My husband and I decided to stay another day and Kay made it happen! She made it SO seamless, almost made me want to stay for the rest of the week! Our final night I saw my girls again, Niwa, Viri and Kay and they offered me a late checkout that was very much needed. My cherry on top of all this NOLA hospitality was Brenda the bartender…..she made sure I used my final $15 credit (drinks for the husband), bottle water and a good ole Pepsi! Niwa, Viri, Ms. Dedra, Kay and Brenda are the EPITOME of hospitality and customer service!! They are nothing short of amazing!! The Westin is usually a nice stay BUT these ladies made my stay and birthday absolutely unforgettable!! I can’t thank each of them enough! Without a doubt…I will be back because of these phenomenal women and their customer service!

Front Desk Agent Powerhouse Samara at the Front Desk (Agent)was extremely helpful and professional. Upon checking in we didn’t have the best experience so I checked back a few hours later and she course corrected everything. So glad to have met her. Whenever we saw her during our ins and outs of the hotel she greeted us and made sure to tell us of big things happening during Mardi Gras. If only every Agent was a stellar as her :)
