Radisson We got our room in the hotel using SuperTravel, but when we arrived our reservation could not be found. For about two hours, Latoya took her time to put effort into looking into our issue and resolving for us. She was very professional and attentive to our needs!

Canceling travelers stays but housing illegal immigrants After being given the run around from the front desk and Choice phone...I've found out the real reason they canceled my reservation was because they are one of the new york properties accepting all the illegals from the border. So as a tax paying American citizen, I end up getting my stay canceled and scramble the day of arrival to find lodging accommodations because this location is fine with this practice. They lied saying they are under renovation but you can google the truth and see this property doesn't care about their Radisson customers.

Radisson Sell The Hotel on Website, But It Is No Longer A Hotel I paid in full on the Radisson website well in advance. After travelling for over 24hrs, got a taxi to the hotel at 11pm only to find out that our hotel is no longer a hotel but a hostel. Was told by someone inside that my booking had been transferred to the IHG group without informing me, BUT, IHG had canx my booking, so now I am without a hotel. Eventually after 2hrs of trying to sort everything out I ended up at IHG Holiday INN Xpress but I had to pay again, which at 2am seemed the easier option. After multiple emails to Radisson I am still awaiting any acknowledgement of responsibility and I still do not have a refund for a hotel stay that never took place AND they were aware of this fact well before the actual travel date. Awful.

An Episode of Cat-fished We felt we were catfished by the pictures on the internet. The room was small, in spite of us paying for a king room. The hotel was under construction and we were persuaded from getting a room on a higher floor. Nothing bad like bugs but just not great. Good shower!

Last minute cancellation of our room without any solution We had a room booked for first week of April. Couple of days in advance we received an email they needed to cancel our reservation, and offered to rebook us into another hotel. Very happy at first to get a good solution, but after we confirmed we agreed being relocated, Radisson became unreachable. No reply on the emails, phone number out of service, so other phone nr or emails could be found online... The proposed hotel was not aware, so suddenly we did not have any place to sleep just couple of days before our arrival in NYC. We had to book an alternative ourselves last-minute, needles to say this was of a much lower comfort and much higher rate... So we can't write any review on the rooms or hotel itself, but we are very disappointed on the customer service they have offered. Caused us a lot of extra time and money.
