Exellent Service! I recently had a brief stay at this hotel and I was so impressed by the wonderful people who were at the front desk. They were friendly, professional, and accommodating. They went the extra mile to make my stay pleasant. The company is so fortunate to have them. The hotel in is a good location, walkable to Penn Station and the rooms were clean. There is a nice set up on the first floor where I was able to work even after I had checked out. The hotel is a good value and the staff are invaluable. I will definitely stay here again.

Construction And No Fridge. I recently stayed three nights at this hotel hoping to avoid times square area with kids. I was awoken at 6am one morning to boom boom. The hotel fails to mention anywhere on their website that there is construction going on right next door to the hotel. I stayed on the 12th floor and it was horrible. The guy at the desk offered to move me to the other side of the 12th floor but I could still hear loud drilling outside the window. Also it says newly renovated the room I had as platinum elite member had scratches on the dresser and wardrobe no way did it look renovated. to my dismay I soon found out there’s no fridge in the rooms unless you pay extra $25 and get lucky that one is available. I was looking for an ice machine since there was no fridge the guy at the front desk told me there is no ice machines on any of the floors only in the lobby which seemed crazy to me considering they don’t provide a fridge in any of rooms. Rooms are small no upgrades here. They are still serving covid breakfast here which consist of only two choices of cereal a bagel, toast, muffins and fruit bars. the drink machines has out of order signs on them. They had these little small 4 oz child like orange and apple juices you would put in a kids lunch for school. No hot breakfast at all. No housekeeping had to go to the front desk to ask for towels and wash clothes. They didn’t come take out the trash. I had to track down one of the housekeepers. I didn’t enjoy my stay at all so many amenities you usually get at a holiday inn express were missing here at this location. Only bright spot it was pretty easy to get around from this location and room rates were good for New York. .

Nice 3 star hotel for short stay. We picked this place because it is the nearest hotel to our daughter's apartment. Honestly, her studio and our room are not that much different in size. Rooms are average size for New York. There is a king sized bed and 2 feet of space on one side, about 5 feet on the other. Bed is confortable, furniture is standard for a 3 star hotel, and the room walls, floors and bathroom are in nice condition. Sadly this is not always the case. Front desk staff has been super friendly. Breakfast during covid is sadly yogurt cereal and breakfast bars, but cannot blame them for that. The location feels totally safe, but the streets are not all that attractive. This is more Penn Station/Madison Square Garden than Chelsea. Thanks to covid, the rate is around $130/nite.

perfect location If you are looking for 7 star luxury, continue your search onwards. However if good location, cleanliness, safety, friendly service, hospitality, comfortable room with good shower at a reasonable price is what you need, this is a great option. I must add a mention to Richard and Mae at the front desk - always a smile, always helpful, always ready to assist.

I do recommend for a short stay in NYC Loved this hotel! We had a great view of NYC Super staff, room was clean and big enough for 2 people, great restaurants around. Just more body wash soap in the bathroom would have been better. We were able to get the room way before check in time
