Amazing Marcel Thoma and Andres Vasquez + the wider Manadrin team did an exceptional job in making myself and my family welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay 'special'. After a tripe earlier in the year where our experience was not as positive i can safely say that as a result of the efforts made by the aforementioned our view of the hotel, group and our wish to stay here again in the future was changed. Thank you!

Excellence Everyone I encountered who worked at the hotel went above and beyond and my stay was truly memorable I’ll definitely be back ! The location of the hotel was perfect and the view from my room was incomparable - the food was excellent and I couldn’t recommend this hotel more. Thank you to all at MO NYC !

Truly a home away from home The best hotel in New York City! Nothing but perfect! All staff are friendly and attentive. Making my stay immaculate. Truly a home away from home. Amazing restaurant looking over Central Park just so relaxing and captivating, especially if you have dinner the shimmering lights with the sun setting just makes the night perfect.

Amazing!! Such a amazing experience and view!! Andres Vasquez made our stay flawless! The views the service and the experience was magical Mickey from in room dining was the most helpful! Colleen at the concierge was always helpful and available for us. Judy Lin and Francisca were the most attentive and friendly to our room and were the best housekeeping team we remember.
