Good location in times square, also nice staff,,, I complained to the TripAdvisor & he was nice& explained to me ,,,& he told me that the management is planning to do a renovation,,,in this case I will recommend this Hotel to my friends,,,

In the heart of the Broadway show district...very pleased with room. In the heart of the Broadway show district. Room was just right for two travelers. Front desk was very helpful, checked luggage till the room was ready. Plenty of restaurants in the immediate area. Also, close to all the major Broadway theaters. Wise I had known about this hotel in prior visits to NYC. Will return on future visits to NYC.
