Great SOHO hotel! Great views, clean rooms, spacious rooms especially for NYC, beautiful lobby and restaurant, friendly staff, pillows are thin but you can request more and those were nice and fluffy, shower pressure and temp is great, plenty of towels and supplies. I couldn't find an ice maker but you can fill your water bottle in the fitness center. The rooms do not have a fridge or a coffee pot. Bed was comfy and noise level was nice and low for the city. Rooms have great A/C, you can get it nice and cold at night.

Disappointing I paid over $400+ a night (including taxes and fees) for what turned out to be a rather dismal room on the 3rd floor, facing a brick wall and an HVAC unit—not exactly the “view” I had in mind. The $50 daily resort fee got me a single cup of drip coffee, two miniature bottles of water, and Wi-Fi. Quite the bargain. The room was basic and dated.

Unsafe accommodation Was staying for business on the 7th floor and at 12:30am NYPD came in to bang down the door next to me and remove the person in that room. They were extremely loud and nobody on this floor could sleep that night (I know because I have coworkers also staying in this floor). It was terrifying and loud and scary, with nobody from the staff offering any condolences or awareness to what was going on. I’ll make sure my company books a room block elsewhere next time we are in NY as that experience isn’t safe nor welcome.

Bad attitude, bad services. We went to Nomo Soho because we had such good recomendations from family and friends that had wonderful experiences, so we booked a room. When we arrived, nobody offered to help with the luggage, or revived us, the lobby is confusing and dark at night, and we couldn’t find the recepción, and nobody helped. The receptionist was terrible, with a bad attitude with rude responses. The room had only one towel, no water, not a glass, the room was filthy and badly equipped. We asked the receptionist if there was somewhere in the hotel to eat, because we flew 20hrs on plane, and he responded rudely that we had to walk and check ourselves in the street at 1AM if there was anything open. We ended up changing hotels the same night to the Ritz Carton. So much better experience! From my experience, i do not recommend Nomo Soho.
