Always feel like I’m staying with Family.. Thanks a million Maria. What a fabulous hotel stay. This is my go to hotel whenever I come see Broadway Shows. Maria at the front desk was so helpful, patient and ultra kind helping me to check in and with any other questions I had. I will definitely stay here again and recommend that everyone come stay here as well.

AVOID. Hidden fees, overpriced and terrible customer service. This hotel has unfortunately tarnished my experienced of NYC and I would recommend steering clear. Enticed by the location and apparent 4* service I paid close to $300 per night to stay for a long weekend this June. I was greeted by a very underwhelming hotel and a small room with a flimsy bed, backing on to a very noisy road. On check-out I was astonished to find a further payment of around $130 had been taken from my credit card. After an email exchange I was told that this is for a "facility fee" which I understand covers wifi and a few other basic facilities that any self-respecting hotel, let alone a supposed 4* one, would include in their standard rate. After reading some of the other reviews it seems that lack of transparency with hidden fees/ taking money out of your account without permission, along with poor customer service is a theme with this hotel. I highly suggest looking elsewhere if you're looking for somewhere to stay in NYC.

Receptionist Ms.Maria The most wonderful thing in this hotel is the receptionist Ms.Maria , she is workaholic, helpful, funny & fast in dealing with check in and check out guests.. the rooms are toooo small fits only the bed and 1 person , no space for suitcases only small one

Good location. That is all. The room was extremely small. There is no mini fridge and no ice machine/buckets! The bed advertised pillowtop and was definitely not. The photo showed two nightstands and there was only one and not room for two anyway.

New York Rooms are very very small . First room we got was tiny, filthy and very noisy inside and out. Told the front desk who then moved our room. Only to find out that the new room was suppose to be the room we had in the first instance. They just tried there luck to give us an inferior room
